Bienvenue à la "Playa Bida"! Nous sommes ravis de vous accueillir dans notre condo "ohh so fresh" récemment rénové sur Carolina Beach! Nous offrons tout ce que vous cherchez pendant vos vacances. Notre condo de 2 chambres à coucher, 2 salles de bain a de beaux meubles côtiers, une cuisine très bien équipée avec des comptoirs en granit, des appareils en acier inoxydable, avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour cuisiner de délicieux repas. Les deux chambres ont une télévision à écran plat, accès au balcon (maître sur le pont principal avec vue sur l'océan et deuxième chambre surplombant la piscine) salle de bain privée complète en maître et connecté salle de bain complète dans la deuxième chambre, tout nouveau lit king qui sont super confortable, le salon offre un canapé-lit queen avec matelas gel top flambant neuf. * Les nouvelles portes coulissantes en verre viennent d'être installées! * L'accès à la plage est à quelques pas de la porte, à distance de marche de la jetée et du parc Freeman, à seulement 1 mile de la promenade de Carolina Beach! La piscine est ouverte du Memorial Day au Labor Day.

Extended Our Stay

Great location and accommodation. This home offers a great stay for short term or longer vacations. The area has everything you need. We extended our stay by a day, with easy communication with the owners. Very peaceful and relaxing. Definitely will be back.

Luxury Family Vacation

Spent a family vacation at this beautiful, clean and convenient location. Had everything we needed and just a short walk to the beach. Would definitely stay here again on future trips!

Beautiful Cozy Family Condo

We had a great week staying at this condo. The beds were super comfy, everything you could need in the kitchen and a wonderful view of the ocean. The only thing is if you can not do stairs, this unit is on the 3rd floor, there are 41 steps with all our luggage and groceries, that was a tough one.

Great view. Comfy condo.

We enjoyed our stay at your condo. Enjoyed watching dolphins and pelicans from the deck. We cooked several meals at the property and the kitchen was well equipped. The beds were so comfortable.

Celebrating birthdays

The location was wonderful even though it was rainy. The beach was still beautiful. The accommodations was perfect. We made many memories, but also was able to relax in a beautiful unit.

Perfect vacation!

We had an amazing time at the beach this past week. The house was perfect for our family of four. The condo is beautiful and the location of fantastic. We can’t wait to come back! The owner is also super helpful and very quick at responding 😊 highly recommend!

Family vacation

We came on family vacation for a week. I have twin boys. Beach access was steps away from unit. Quit complex. My boys loved the pool and even went back the morning of check out while I packed the car. Going out to dinner had great options just everywhere was pay to park. So an added cost going out to eat. Over all would come again and recommended

Summer Vacation

My husband and I enjoyed this condo so close to the beach. The furnishings are comfortable and welcoming. The beach view is lovely. The owners were very responsive to any needs we had. The pool was very nice also. The only slight negative was that the cookware was in rough shape. I would recommend this condo if you’re looking for a ver nice space close to the beach.

Exactly as described

Exactly as described in the listing! The unit had everything you would need, so you don’t have to pack extra stuff. Just cross one street and you’re on the beach. Close enough that I was able to stand at the edge of the entrance to the beach and let my eight-year-old daughter cross the street and go up to the unit by herself. I text the property manager about a couple things and she got back to me right away and was very helpful. Within very short walking distance to the pier and probably a 15 minute walk down to the boardwalk. Only problem I had was saying goodbye 😩

Great location with everything you need!

This property was amazing. We traveled with our three small children and had a wonderful time. The location was literally steps from the beach, ultra easy to go back and forth for nap time and lunch. The pool was even closer and kept the kids busy as well. The condo itself was fabulous. Extremely clean and well decorated. We ate all meals at home and had everything we needed to prepare meals. We appreciated the spice rack, multiple sized pots and serving dishes. The beds were comfortable, bathroom towels were soft and couches were comfy too. The deck was great, with splendid uninterrupted views of the ocean - we even watched fireworks one night which I was told happen every Friday!! Overall this place was awesome. Only downside was the stairs - loved being on the top floor but didn’t love carting all our luggage and groceries and children up the stairs ;) Also the pool had a lot of bird droppings (like the entire perimeter covered in it so kids couldn’t hold on to the edge of the pool or walk near the edge without getting poop on them). We would definitely return. Would highly recommend it to fit couples looking for an updated condo close enough to everything but still secluded/quiet. For a family with small kids I would just warn you that the place has white furniture and a lot of stairs - be ready! I doubt there is another place in the area that is this clean and modern with great views and proximity to the pool/ocean. Carley was a great host and easy to communicate with. We loved our stay.

Even with minor glitches, this was a GREAT place to stay!

I want to start by explaining a few of my rating points that were lest than 5 stars. First, the check in. We gave it a 3 because when we arrived we had not received the information necessary to check in. (codes, etc...) We sent texts, message, and emails, but to avail. This WAS NOT the owner's fault. For some reason, the normally generated message from VRBO didn't go out. We finally found a way to reach out to VRBO directly, and they helped us out. Upon realizing what had happened, the owner responded generously, and immediately, with a gift card to offset our jumbled dinner plans for the evening. For that, we would like to say, "Thank you! That was VERY kind!" Thus the reason for the 4 star communication with the manager. To be honest...I think I'm going to change to a 5 star right now. Okay, I'm back. Like I said, once she realized that there had been communication glitches, she went out of her way to make sure that we could stay directly in contact with her. We had a WONDERFUL time, and we would definitely stay there again. We do think that there are a few more utensils that are necessary to have a fully capable kitchen, and we do have a few thoughts regarding the entryway that we'd like to discuss with the owner, but it was quaint, clean, had a great view, was a short, short walk to a big and roomy beach, and was just beautiful!

Nice place

We had a great time, nice view of the ocean, comfortable beds, nice outdoor space to hang out. Host very accommodating & nice. Parking very close. As mentioned it does have a lot of steps but it’s on the 3rd floor which we like. It’s nice not having someone on top of you. Bathrooms could have been cleaned a little better but I know the owners can’t help if the cleaning crew don’t get everything. Definitely recommend.

Great week in Carolina Beach

Property was very clean, beautifully decorated and in a great location. From the views of the ocean to being directly across the street from the beach access and being able to watch the fireworks from the balcony. We had a great stay and would recommend staying there.
