CONDO CORAL SURF E-1 OCEANFRONT 2 CHAMBRES

Unité d'extrémité Oceanfront au premier niveau avec seulement seize marches à monter. La chambre principale a un lit queen size, la deuxième chambre a deux lits jumeaux et un canapé-lit queen dans le salon. L'unité a deux salles de bain privées complètes et une laveuse et sécheuse pleine grandeur. Stationnement réservé pour deux petits véhicules ou un grand SUV. Une petite piscine communautaire est située de ce côté du bâtiment. Passerelle privée à la plage avec douche extérieure. Nous fournissons gratuitement tous les draps, serviettes de bain et produits en papier. Nous avons un service Internet gratuit et wifi.

Certaines parties de juin, tout juillet et début août, location du samedi au samedi uniquement. Cependant, des exceptions peuvent être faites.

Coral Surf a une politique interdisant les animaux de compagnie et l'ensemble du complexe de condos est une zone sans fumée.
Les grillades, les remorques et l'alimentation des oiseaux depuis le balcon ne sont pas autorisées.

Great spot in the heart of Carolina Beach

We had a great stay in Coral Surf! It’s about a 10 minute walk from the Boardwalk which is full of restaurants, shops and my favorite coffee shop of all time, Crush and Grind. Private access to the beach and a dedicated parking spot made our stay even better. The condo was well stocked from the kitchen to beach gear. Highly recommended!

This property was awesome with an abundance of kitchen supplies which also included linens and towels, which is a big help with a family. Property manager was very quick to respond to questions. A great place that I’m sure we will love to come back to. Only minutes walking to food and boardwalk.

We enjoyed our time in the condo. It is on the beach and has all the basic things that are needed. The owner was very responsive when a password did not work. Would stay there again.

The host was amazing, checked in on us personally and attempted to help me with extending our stay at the last minute! He was great!!! Perfect set up, plenty of dishes, linens, etc. Everything was very neat and clean! We had a great stay!

Great place for mother/daughter friends beach weekend.

Our daughters were taking a program at the UNCW Marine Life Center and we were looking for a beach front place to make a weekend of it! The condo was perfect for the four of us (2 adults, 2 kids). It was so nice to be right on the beach and the condo met all of our needs for the weekend. It was a nice and quiet building. It would have been a squeeze to park 2 cars, but other than that the listing was accurate. Would definitely consider returning!

Great overnight stay

Thanks to Richard for being such a good host! He communicated well and even called to check on us when we didn’t arrive as planned. It was a little difficult getting the key out of the lockbox, but it was a nice feature for easy check in. The condo was very clean and organized and had everything we needed. The bathrooms could use an update though. I wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy the beach. We will definitely return later!

Nice place in a great location

I had a great short stay with friends in this condo. I loved the view from the balcony, you see the ocean over the dunes with the sea oats majestically swaying in the wind - felt like a fairytale! There were fireworks at the boardwalk that we could see from the beach one night which was a fun surprise. We did lots of star gazing, too. The complex was fairly quiet (though we could hear footsteps of the folks upstairs) with friendly neighbors who we met on the beach, which wasn’t nearly as crowded as other sections of CB. We would definitely stay here again, though I’d pack a few of my own kitchen items (knives, veggie peelers, etc) to bring next time, but I probably cook more than average, most people would probably find everything they need here!

We had a great time at our short stay at Coral Surf. The condo was small, but it was the perfect size for my husband and me, along with our son, daughter-in-law and two yesr old granddaughter. We were right beside the pool, which enabled us to sit on the balcony and watch them play with her in the pool, and we were right beside the walkway to the beach. Neither was busy so we did not feel like our privacy was invaded, Richard send detailed entry instructions, making that process easy. The kitchen was well-supplied and the condo had lots of sheets, towels, pillows, blankets and was well-stocked with paper products. We would gladly stay there again. The price was certainly right!

Nice Condo in a Great Location

We stayed as a family (2 adults, 3 kids) and the condo and location were great. Being on the first floor you mainly see the dunes and not the ocean but that was fine. There were some beach toys, including a boogie board but no beach chairs so be sure to bring your own if you want them. Really enjoyed the fact that the linens and paper products were provided. The kitchen was nicer then a general beach condo but like every other VRBO we've ever stayed in, if you plan to do actual cooking you should bring measuring cups/spoons, a decent whisk, and any other utensils that you can't live without. The location can't be beat as it is about a half mile from the "boardwalk" area and there is an awesome store across the street called the Veggie Wagon that has amazing coffee and milkshakes, local beer, and other dips, crackers, etc. They also have pre-made, take and heat dinners that looked good but we didn't try those on this trip. Overall a great affordable place to stay and we will likely stay again next time we are in the area.

Tranquil home away from home

Charming little condo has everything you need to relax at beach, deck, or pool. Our hope is to be repeat visitors to this home away from home!
