Welcome to Finn's Landing!

This waterfront home with private dock is located on the intra-coastal waterway (ICW) in Sneads Ferry, NC, a short 13 minute drive to North Topsail Beach. This area is super peaceful and a great family/friend getaway spot to relax as well as to enjoy coastal living & nature.

Our favorite things to do at Finn's Landing:
- Enjoy the water! 5 kayaks (4 adults & 1 youth), 2 SUP's included. Or bring your own boat or jet ski & enjoy.
- Play ping pong, darts, ladderball, cornhole, poker, board games, etc. (all included)
- Fish & castnet from the dock (2 fishing poles and cast net are included)
- Watch TV/movies (each bedroom has it's own TV and their is also a TV in the living room)
- Work remote and enjoy the view from the deskspace/breakfast bar.
- Watch for wildlife like Dolphins, birds, etc. and enjoy the passing of sailboats by the property on the ICW.
- Enjoy the firepit, adirondack chairs and chill out in the hammock chairs.
- Short drive to North Topsail beach, feel free to use our beach chairs (4), boogie boards, cooler, etc. for a beach day trip.

Comfortable and clean; all you could ask for a family holiday.

Awesome views of the intracoastal and nicely decorated- we hosted adult children couples very easily. Recommend.

Great Family Time

Finn’s Landing had so many fun activities to do during our stay. Just a few , paddle boarding, swimming off the dock, boat watching, we even rented a pontoon boat to go exploring. Everything was perfect. Can’t wait to go back!

Great place and absolutely FUN!

The location was perfect for the intercoastal. Lots of beautiful boats to watch, seemed to be a major waterway for many boaters. Kayaks were great, kids made it fun by racing across the waterway. Home was spacious for our big group allowing enough space so we were never crammed. We rented a boat and had it delivered to the home for a couple days (did not store it at the homes dock due to the wakes from other boats!) While it did not inhibit anything for our stay, the 2 showers available did not seem to be enough for the 11 of us that were in the home. This location couldn't be any better for fun and relaxation, and "away enough" from any crowds. Owner was great to work with too!

Super fun experience!

I loved the house! There was so much room for me and all my friends. Sitting out on the dock all night made it super relaxing and we loved stargazing out there. We played ping pong almost every night and used the paddle boards and kayaks. The only downside is having one bathroom to all those people downstairs, but bedsides that we overall enjoyed it!!

Best of Both Worlds

It was really nice to be able to have a bit of a yard and private dock to the sound but also be close to the beach! Great location and we love Topsail!! The house was nice but needs some maintenance (shower curtains moldy, shower head stopped up with hard water residue, garbage disposal was inop). Needs more outside chairs, a permanent bench on the dock would be great to avoid hauling chairs out, there were zero chairs on the upper deck...would have been nice to sit out there and have coffee. Bedroom fan remote was misplaced and there were no instructions about having to use a remote for the fan. My daughter found hair and orange crumbs in her bed on the first night. There was only 2 trash bags supplied for a week stay. We really enjoyed the darts and ping pong table!! Overall we had a great stay 😁

Thank you for your feedback Michele. We will be sending this info over to our cleaning crew and addressing the issues mentioned. We have already had our maintenance team fix the garbage disposal, so I appreciate you letting us know about that. I agree that more trash bags should be left and I will make sure our turnover crew is aware of supplying more and moldy/unsightly shower curtains are unacceptable, so we will make sure to address that promptly. We enjoyed this property so much. Fishing off the dock and watching boats and dolphins! So many other activities provided by owners as well. Short drive to the beach!

A Great Week

We had a great time at the house. It was lovely. Kayaking on the water was lots of fun and we even saw some dolphins! Great "game room" in the garage as well.

Great house for families

Property was very clean, exactly as described, had lots of activities with games kept at house as well as darts, ping pong, cornhole and water crafts. Great kitchen to cook in and owner is very responsive. Would def stay here again.

It was wonderful! Every age group had lots of fun. We got a chance to see dolphins from the back deck, we even caught a couple of sting rays while fishing (we obviously put back in the water) we played games indoors at night and everyone enjoyed it. Tbh we almost didn’t even go to the beach because we were having so much Fun with an amazing view! Y’all know it’s hard to keep a party of 13 people in different age groups entertained but it wasn’t hard there. Totally recommend!

This property (Finn's Landing) in Sneads Ferry, NC (near North Topsail beach) reminds my husband and I of our childhood growing up on the coast. There is nothing like the atmosphere and lifestyle near the ocean/beach (i.e. great seafood, salty air, constant ocean breeze, water & beach activities and viewing nature).

We have set up this vacation home for our family to enjoy and would love to host you as well.
