Lilly's Beach and Pool Pad is one of those we must be at the beach homes. Main level of home totally renovated 2023 including all new cabinets, appliances and flooring. Located in the heart of New Buffalo, this lovely home sits on a 1/2 acre fenced lot with a 18x36 inground Heated Pool that glistens in the backyard. This home is great for entertaining with an open concept that flows out to the pool area. Come enjoy Lake Michigan at its best. Association Beach access steps from the home. This Five Bedroom Three bath home sits two homes from Lake Michigan. This is a private beach that is only shared with Sunset Shores residents. The beach is currently small but great to jump in the lake or watch sunsets. The public beach which is large and sandy is within walking distance. You are also a short walk to restaurants, Marina and the shops of New Buffalo.
The owner has not missed a beat on putting Lilly's Beach Pad together. There is an open floor plan on the main level of this tri-level home. It is very conducive to entertaining inside and outside with two sets of sliding glass doors that lead from the kitchen/dining are to the pool and patio area.
This home has two living areas one up and one down, a perfect wind down after a long day of the beach and swimming. There are three bedrooms upstairs, one on the main level and one downstairs. There are three bathrooms one on the main level, one upper and one lower. The home has wireless internet, gas grill, firepit and many other amenities. This home is great for one large family or two smaller families. I don't know if a vacation gets better then this in Harbor Country, so come join us and make lasting family memories. Or take a wine tour to one of the local wineries and breweries. If you are a large group the home next door is available to rent. It is listing 20296 and sleeps 14. The property was everything we could hope for for our multi generational gathering. Well equipped kitchen with open concept areas for meals. We were slightly nervous about how sunny the backyard would be, but large umbrellas provided amble shade while enjoying the pool. With the private beach so close, we were able to enjoy Lake Michigan with the "littles". Hope we can visit again soon!

Plenty of room

Check in was easy The kids really enjoyed the pool and hot tub Large fenced in yard with privacy nice neighborhood. The property had everything you could need kitchen supplies tools for.the grill plenty of floats for the pool. We had total 11 people 7 kids ages 3 to 16 and 4 adults with plenty of room where we didn't feel cramped Everyone had a good time we only left for groceries or.the walk to the beach Would stay again.

Perfect family vacation spot

We were 2 families with 5 kids total, ages 1 month-6 years. This was a perfect spot for a family vacation. The heated pool and hot tub were a big hit. Lots of pool floats to use. Our dog enjoyed the fenced back yard. The house had a ton of board and card games for us to play. The kitchen was fully stocked for us to cook meals. There are 3 bedrooms (a king, a queen, and bunk beds with twin up and full below) with 1 bath upstairs. One precaution: the top bunk does not have a railing so we ended up not having any kids sleep up top. A small twin bedroom with a bath on the main level. And then a bedroom, bath and separate living area on the bottom level. Overall it was a perfect spot for a family vacation. We definitely plan on returning.

Weekend w our adult kids

We had a wonderful weekend. Everything you could need was there. It’s an older home with updates, very clean, and cared for. Convenient location to New Buffalo. The neighborhood beach was small, ok to watch the sunset but you’ll want to drive to the public beach if you’re wanting to spend the day. We loved the huge back yard w pool, hot tub, fire pit in the evening. My adult kids didn’t want to leave!

Great house and location

Pool and private beach were awesome. House was larger than pictures made it appear. Extra refrigerator was very helpful as well as large washer and dryer.

Everything was perfect!

We had a wonderful few days, the house is clean and very comfortable, so much space! Everything you need is there, every detail thought of! The pool was lovely and clean, there is a hot tub, fire pit, lots of chairs and tables- really great outdoor space! At sunset we would go sit on the beach and enjoy. Lovely and friendly neighborhood! Most relaxed I have been in a long time !

New Buffalo

Town is crowded during summer months, but our stay was west of the marina was quiet and restful. Nice having the pool in the back yard.

Comfortable stay

The house was comfortable and clean, with 2 living areas. Kitchen drawers need some attention. The pool was the biggest attraction with both adults and teens. Very big fenced yard, perfect for dogs. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, no more than 5 minutes away from everything New Buffalo has to offer. A couple of decent restaurants in town, nice farmer's markets.

Sunny Relaxation in Harbor Country

We had an amazing stay here. Walk two houses down & you are at a small neighborhood beach. There are a lot of rocks along the way, so swim shoes make the experience better. Sunsets are gorgeous here! Sit on the beach, sip wine & watch. So romantic & relaxing. The back yard is huge! Pool is perfect for floating & cooling off on super sunny days. Hot tub is there to warm up on cool evenings & there is a fire pit for making s’mores & chatting. The huge public beach is a 5 min drive. Very easy to get there early to beat the crowds. This is a better beach for kids to play at and build sand castles. The time we spent in the house was mainly to sleep or when it rained once. There are TVs in almost every room & a large kitchen table that made board game setup easy. Cooking was easy too, especially with the gas grill AND Blackstone griddle. Carie, Ben & Mike are extremely quick, responsive & nice when we had questions or issues. The whole family had a wonderful time & even the surly teens could t find things to complain about. We will be back!!!
