Directly on the beach - modern apartment with sea view
Quiet, stylish 1-bedroom flat in a modern 3-storey residential building on the 1st floor. The house is located directly on the beach of Patacona - the most beautiful beach in the city of Valencia.
The flat has a spacious balcony with stunning sea views, air conditioning/heating, wifi, private parking, lift and concierge. Nearby you will find many great restaurants and bars.
The whole complex, like the whole surrounding area, is very quiet. Nothing stands in the way of a relaxing stay!
The flat has a large bedroom with adjoining bathroom, a spacious living room and an open kitchen.
From the living room, a large sliding glass door leads to a private balcony with great sea views and a table with 3 chairs. There you can dine al fresco (possible almost all year round), enjoy a glass of wine or just relax.
The kitchen is fully equipped. There you will find:
Kitchen utensils, crockery, oven, ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, Nespresso coffee machine and toaster. I also provide a few basic kitchen spices such as oil, vinegar, salt, sugar, pepper and the most important cleaning products including washing-up liquid.
In the bedroom there is a comfortable queen size bed (160x190 cm) and a large built-in wardrobe where you can store your clothes.
The bathroom next to the bedroom has a toilet and washbasin and spacious shower, as well as a washing machine, bidet and hairdryer.
I also provide you with clean, fresh bed linen and towels. The towels are for use in the flat only. For beach use, please bring your own towels or buy them on site.
The flat has a fast, free fibre optic internet connection.
Integrated air conditioning / heating ensures maximum comfort both in summer and on cooler winter days.

Access for guests
The entire flat is for your exclusive use during your stay. You also have access to the communal garden area where you can enjoy the garden shower and direct access to the beach.
Further important information
The complex is under video surveillance and only accessible to residents. The main entrance is on the side facing away from the beach. The rear exit leads through the communal garden directly to the beach promenade. A private underground parking space is also available. This is accessible via a car lift for normal cars.
The flat is approx. 60 sqm, cosy, bright, with sea view. Ideal for a beach holiday as a couple as well as a family.
But also business travellers will get their money's worth here:
- good connection to the airport and the city centre of Valencia,
- shopping facilities within walking distance,
- good restaurants on the doorstep,
- air conditioning,
- super fast WLAN
- and approx. 300 days of sunshine a year
make the working day very pleasant.
The whole house is very well insulated. And if it does get a little too warm in the summer, the integrated air conditioning helps.
But it is also worth coming here in winter. It's not unusual to have over 20 degrees in Valencia in December and almost always sunshine. Very pleasant temperatures for exploring the area and having lunch in one of the nearby restaurants with a view of the sea in between.
Even without heating, you can reach a pleasant 21 degrees in the flat in winter. And if you do get a little too chilly, the air conditioning, which can also heat, will help.
If you come by car, a private underground parking space (accessible via car lift for cars) is also available.
The area offers everything a couple, business traveller or family needs for a relaxing and memorable stay by Valencia's sea:
Beach at the doorstep, many nice restaurants and bars nearby, supermarket within walking distance and Valencia city centre within quick reach. Several bus lines not far from the condo will take you to/from Valencia city centre in 25 minutes.
The cleaning fee refers to the cleaning of the flat after departure. No cleaning service is provided during your stay. If you would like to book an additional cleaning service during your stay, please contact me for a recommendation.
