The chef in your group will appreciate the gourmet kitchen with gorgeous stone counters, a glass tile backsplash, all new appliances, and an ice maker in the fridge. Enjoy appetizers at the kitchen bar with seating for three. When it's time to eat, gather at the dining table with seating for eight.
BEDROOMS & BATHS
Unwind in the stylish master bedroom featuring vaulted ceilings, a California king bed with plush linens, and a 55in flat-screen TV. The spa-like en-suite bathroom has plush Monarch towels, marble flooring, a Carrara marble double vanity, and a luxurious walk-in marble shower with a waterfall showerhead.
Your family will enjoy the quiet comfort of the two serene guest rooms. The first provides a twin-over-full bunk bed with a twin trundle beneath and a 40in flat-screen TV with cable, while the second bedroom is configured with two twin beds, a large closet, and a 42in flat-screen TV with cable.
The guest bathroom upstairs has a shower/tub combination. A powder room downstairs is conveniently located off the living room.
OUTDOOR AREAS
Enjoy the magical golden hour on your private patio and grill dinner on the barbecue. Dine alfresco at the table for six, or gather by the fire pit and tell stories under the stars.

THE LOCATION
Located across the street from Disneyland, you're only a 15-minute walk to the Disney tram or Downtown Disney with its dozens of restaurants and shops. You'll save time and money by avoiding the Disney parking garage. You're also a very short drive from other Anaheim-area attractions including Knott's Berry Farm, Angel Stadium (home of the LA Angels), the Honda Center (home of the Anaheim Ducks), shopping at South Coast Plaza and Fashion Island, and the wonderful coastal cities of Newport Beach and Laguna Beach. Downtown Los Angeles is only 30 miles away.

Exterior siding looks like it is past its useful life. But interior is good/great.
Garage is closer than parking space, so I recommend finding that before unloading.

The property was family friendly. The nearby pools, hot tub and playground were a very nice feature. Externally, the complex needs a little maintenance, but internally very comfortable. As mentioned in other comments, the carpet shows signs of frequent use, but understandable The location was great and about a 30 minute walk, passing through Downtown Disney. If not needing to rent a stroller or wheelchair, time could probably be saved if going to Disneyland park, using the monorail. Disneyland fireworks are easily observed from the property at night. We really enjoyed our visit!

Loved this condo and would definitely stay again! We are a family of four (with teens). The proximity of this condo to Disneyland is perfect. You cross Walnut Street at Magic Way and walk about 10 to 15 minutes down Magic Way to the Mickey & Friends parking lot. (You could make this walk in 10 minutes if walking briskly.) From there we took the free tram to the park. It's also the same distance to the downtown Disney entrance where you can take the monorail. If that walk is too long, someone in your party could drop you off at the corner of Magic Way & Disneyland Dr to catch the tram, or there is a drop off area at the Downtown Disney District Guest Drop Off to catch the monorail. Very easy to go back and forth for a mid-day break and back to the park again for the evening. We found the condo clean, comfortable and stocked with everything we needed. Beds were comfortable, laundry worked well, kitchen stocked with all utensils/tools you'd need. We did have the microwave fuse blow a few times one morning. Not sure what triggered it, but it was remedied quickly by the fuse box in the adjacent laundry room. There is some wear and tear on the carpets, doors, etc, but it's clean and overall still looks like a very nice place. As others have mentioned, the exterior of the condos/property is in need of a facelift, and it appears that is happening as we noticed construction workers renovating the outside of one set of condos. Price versus Location is spot on
Great stay with enough room for 3 adults and 3 kids. The nearness to Disneyland was what attracted us to it of course, and was worth it for that. We learned it may be a little too far for some but close enough for me to drop them off and walk over after.

Overall we enjoyed the stay. The location/proximity was great for us. There was some kind of warer issue and the water was shut off for several hours one day making using the restroom impossible

Perfect for Disney Trip
We chose this property due to its proximity to Disney and it did not disappoint. Our family of 5 had plenty of space and the accommodations were comfortable. It took us 20-25 minutes to reach the entrance to Disneyland and California Adventure. The property was very clean, but could use new carpet and the paint could be touched up in some areas. The process from booking to check out was very easy. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend to others!

Great family condo!
This was a great condo for our family of 5. It's just around the corner from Disneyland parking garages and took us less than 5 minutes door to door. Condo was extremely clean & in excellent condition. They even had a pack and play and high chair if you are traveling with young children!

Worked out great for our group. Easy access to Disneyland. Clean and comfortable. The stairs are creaky and the bedroom doors squeak. Needs new carpet upstairs, but otherwise had everything we needed! Playground pool/hot tub at condo complex was good for kids.

Outstanding condo, great location
We are so glad we stayed here for our Disney vacation! The proximity to Downtown Disney, and walking distance made getting to the parks each day a breeze. The condo itself is very comfortable. The kitchen amenities and proximity to groceries allowed us to have breakfast before starting our day. The patio, and the calm, quiet complex gave us a nice spot to relax and decompress after a busy day of Disneying. Contact with the owner was very simple. Overall, a great experience. We would not hesitate to stay here again, if the opportunity arises

Location, location, location
This is directly accross the street from the Pixar Pals parking lot, so you can walk there and take the shuttle into the parks. Or you can walk about 10-15 minutes to the monorail. It's a nice little three bedroom with good seperation of space. The complex has a pool, hottub, and playground. The details may be a bit frayed at the margins, but you can't get better space and location. We would absolutely rent this again.
