Staying a this property was amazing! My entire family loved that we had a whole space to ourselves as opposed to sharing a small hotel room at the same price including what you would have to pay for parking at a hotel. This property was in walking distance to the Disney parks and we did it with such ease, including our children. I would stay here again and recommend it to friends/family who are looking for more space outside of hotels!

Excellent property and the location can’t be beat for Disneyland. It also had beach chairs in the garage and a small cooler that we used for our beach days, which was definitely a plus.

Perfect location for walk to park

We have stayed at several different condos in this same complex. This was a great location for going to the park. We were able to easily come back for kid's nap times and the crib was very helpful. The communication with the host was great and highly responsive. Looking forward to staying again soon!

Great Place for Those Going to Disneyland

The house was very clean, and had everything we needed to make the stay enjoyable. Communication was very consistent with the property manager. We'll definitely use it again on our next trip!

Great stay

Great location for Disney! Family loved it! Great pool and play ground! Everything was communicated with well and accurate! Toys for the kids there, and enough beds for the whole family! Was great!

Great alternative to Harbor Blvd hotels

The unit was as advertised, clean, well-equipped and an easy walk to Downtown Disney and the Parks. It was nice to have two parking spaces including one garage. The complex is clean and quiet. We didn't have small children but the unit has loads of items for families with young kids. The management was very responsive and check-in/check-out was effortless. We will definitely look to rent out the unit in our future visits to Disneyland.

Perfect for Disney

My family and I stayed here for our Disney trip and are so happy with our stay. It was just across from Disney which was a perk for getting to and from the park. We were able to park our car in the garage which was great and made us feel secure knowing our car was safe. The master bedroom was a great size and the bed was super comfortable! I would definitely stay here again.

This was a great little property close to Disney the only issue we had was the air conditioner isn’t balanced properly so the master bedroom was pretty warm and the kids room was just way too cold. Overall I would stay again.

Perfect stay for Disney families!

Walk to and from Disney was EASY! With toddlers we did it twice a day to give them breaks from the sun and chaos of the park. Home was clean, fully stocked, and very comfortable! We had an issue with the fridge a couple days in. One text to the property manager and they handled it VERY quickly and professionally. Cannot say enough good things about the customer service and communication! Will not stay anywhere else when we go back to Disney. Thank you!!!! Can’t wait to be back!

Perfect base for a visit to Disneyland

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place met our needs perfectly. It's close enough to Disneyland that we could come back for breaks and return in the evenings as suited the needs of our different generations. It's cut but not fancy and had everything we needed including a stroller which was great not to have to bring. When I couldn't find the air mattress on the first night (my own fault) the owner was incredibly responsive and helpful.

Enjoyable stay!

We enjoyed our stay at this Frozen-themed property! The amenities for young kids were great. Crib, strollers, toys, high chair, etc. Worked great for our family of young kids! The listing mentions you can easily hop on the tram to hitch a ride to the front gates of the parks. We found this to be somewhat misleading. We found one way to get to the tram but it required carrying our stroller up stairs (no elevator) and was not marked clearly. We ended up walking to the gates instead, which was about 15-20 from the property to the parks, which worked out fine. Overall, a good experience!

The pictures were very accurate. About a 8 min walk to the front of Downtown Disney. The place in general was clean and well cared for. There were a few maintenance things that I brought up to the owner.. it's bound to happen when you don't live in the condo you are renting. They right away offered to fix the issues I brought up... but it wasn't worth the trouble. The pictures show a master closet open... it was locked and unavailable when we were there... it would have been nice to have a place to hang clothes. Safe-feeling location. The locals were not hostile (which I've encountered at other places near the park). It was quiet. The wifi was nice and bright.

A calm Disney oasis!

This lovely, well-equipped condo has a Frozen theme, but you might not notice, it's so tastefully done. It's walking distance from the front gates - about a 20 minute walk that threads by the Disneyland hotel and through Downtown Disney, or a 5 min walk to the tram station. The owner's description and photos of the condo are accurate. The condo was extremely clean. All the kitchen supplies were new or in like-new condition. Linens were all high quality, with plenty of towels and beach towels. There was plenty of room inside the living room area for our shoes, the stroller, and all our Disney supply piles. In addition to the washer and dryer, the laundry room also had beach supplies - 2 beach chairs, a sand umbrella, beach toys, a baby floaty, board games, and strollers (a single MiniCity stroller and a double). The washer and dryer are older and quite loud, but they work great, and you can close the laundry room and the bathroom doors to soundproof them. Make sure to bring some Bounce. We loved the quiet, very comfortable master bedroom with thick velvet curtains. The bathroom is very nice, if small, and has great water pressure. The second bedroom is so pretty, but the current loft-over-a-queen might not work for your crew. The top loft is very close to the ceiling and wouldn't be very comfortable for an adult or a teen. Also, there are no blackout curtains. I'm sure that will be changed as the owners put the final touches on this unit. My kids were happy to use our Netflix account on the TV in the closet. There are also plenty of toys in there. You might want to bring the beach chairs to the pool area - none of the pool loungers move because they are tightly bolted to the pool deck. Crazy pool parties of yore? We mostly encountered friendly vacationing parents in the hot tub, and a few locals. Lastly, the key code you get opens the condo door, not the garage door. You need to park somewhere, get the garage door opener, and then park in the garage. It's not connected to the condo. The property manager was polite, knowledgeable, and answered immediately. Great owner communication. I've already recommended Funtierland to all my mommy friends. (Why does anyone ever stay in a hotel?) Thanks for an AMAZING Disneyland vacation

We really enjoyed our stay and it was so convenient for our trip to Disneyland. We were traveling with an infant, so it was great to have a house with a full kitchen and laundry facilities.The house had everything a family needed to be comfortable keep the baby occupied without us having to bring everything from home.There were plenty of towels, dishes and seating for everyone to gather together for movie night.And baby enjoyed his first swim in a pool!We had a great stay and our hosts were super friendly and communication was phenomenal before, during, and after our stay concluded! Thank you for making things so easy!

The property is definitely more worn than shown in the pictures. Paint chips and well worn furniture is what is there. It was clean other than the bathroom tub which had mold around the drain. The beds were comfortable enough. It is a good location about a 22 minute walk to Disney property which was the main reason we stayed here. The area was quiet and safe. The garage and included parking was great. The last day, we were bring luggage to the car an half hour before checkout and the code to get in was already changed over so we were locked out. I had to call the company to get back in the apartment and was glad I had my phone with me. This was really concerning to me.They asked us to take to take out the garbage. The gates to the dumpster were locked so we had to heave it over the top of the fence and hope that worked. They had many requests to help them out. The company was very strict about checkout time and over communicated about needing to be out exactly at 10 AM and no later. They could have been friendlier in communication. Having a fridge and stove were helpful on the trip. Not sure I would stay here based on the lockout situation, but otherwise it was an okay place to stay.

Disneyland trip

Stayed for a trip to Disneyland. The house was great for our family with 2 kids. The location was excellent, easy walking distance to Disneyland. We had an issue with the coffee maker breaking and the host provided a new one the next day. The complex it’s in is a bit of a maze so it’s important to follow the map provided.

Dland adventure

This was the perfect place to go to Disneyland with our family. We walked everyday which took us about 19 minutes with two children in a stroller to get to the park entrance. The home was clean and had everything we needed! Love that we did not have to bring a pack and play or high chair for our little one. Can communicate via text with them with any questions or needs with quick responses. Will return!

Disneyland vacation

Overall this was an excellent location. The check in process was smooth and the management was very quick and responsive. The house was a little difficult to find initially due to some construction ongoing near it but it was quiet and did not disturb our stay at all. The location was perfect, a very short walk to the parking structure shuttles and having a full kitchen was great to save money on meals. I would highly recommend this rental for anyone looking to stay close to Disneyland with their family.

So close to Disneyland!

It was a perfect place to stay! So close to the park, about a 15 minute walk to the park. And half of the walk is through downtown Disney. We stay in Funtier rentals everytime we go to Disneyland which is very often. A great price for a great place. Highly recommend! Can’t wait to go back:)
