- Please be aware that the garages for Connie & Tammy are utilized as local staff storage and guests may see AvantStay team members coming and going from the garage. For safety concerns, the home is equipped with an added locking feature for the interior door leading to the garage.
- Please note that the ovens in both units are currently out of service. However, a toaster oven is available for use while we await the arrival of the replacement parts.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.

A pack n' play travel crib and a high chair can be provided upon request with at least 24hrs advanced notice. Just ask and we are happy to accommodate you and your little ones!
