Thank you for your feedback and for staying with us. We’re sorry to hear there was some confusion regarding the rooftop setup. The listing notes that the rooftops are adjoining, meaning they are directly next to one another, but they are separate rooftop spaces rather than one shared continuous area. If you ever have any questions, please reach out to the iTrip team – We’re happy to help!

Thank you for choosing our condos for your annual retreat in Nashville and for sharing your experience. We're delighted to hear that your stay was enjoyable and that the proximity to downtown, along with amenities like the coffee pot, wine glasses, and the overall vibe of the environment, met your expectations. We appreciate your feedback regarding the kitchen essentials. We will make sure to consider those items for future improvements. It's wonderful to know that these minor issues did not significantly impact your overall experience and that you would consider returning. We look forward to welcoming you and your professional women's group again and providing an even more comfortable and accommodating stay next time!

Thank you for staying with us and for sharing your feedback! We’re glad to hear you had a great overall stay and would consider returning. We appreciate your note regarding the entry rugs – we’ll certainly look into that. The rooftops are advertised as adjoining in the sense that they are positioned next to each other, though they are separate spaces with a divider/wall between them and accessed individually. Thank you again for choosing to stay with us, and we truly appreciate you taking the time to share your experience!
