Head to Lake Arrowhead Village for waterfront shopping and dining, or bike, rock climb, and zip line at Skypark at Santa's Village.

Grill and dine alfresco on the wraparound deck as you take in filtered views of Papoose Lake. Play a game of foosball in the great room, and then light the outdoor gas firepit and finish the day under the stars.

The great room features vaulted ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows to let in beautiful natural light. The room has two queen sofa beds, a smart TV, and a stone-trimmed gas fireplace. Doors open to the side deck. The reading nook is the perfect place for a quiet moment.

Prepare delicious meals in the spacious kitchen, outfitted with a full suite of appliances. The dining table offers seating along with the kitchen bar.

The primary bedroom has a California king bed, a TV, and a gas fireplace.

Extra perks include a laundry room with a washer/dryer and a sink. The home also has an automatic backup generator and a Tesla charger.

THINGS TO KNOW
The window above the sliding doors in the great room is free of window coverings, so the sofa bed receives some natural morning light.Parties are not allowed. Quiet hours are 10 pm -7 am - no outdoor activities after 10 pm. Citations will be issued for noise disturbances and exceeding the occupancy and parking limits. Refunds will not be granted due to eviction.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.

Security camera details: There is one camera in the front facing the driveway. There is one camera in the back facing away from the deck. There is one camera on the side of the home, facing the generator.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
