The three guest rooms feature flatscreen TVs, easy access to spacious bathrooms, and high-end furnishings, plus there is a full washer and dryer in the unit.

As a corner unit, you’ve got endless, mesmerizing views of the sugar-white sand, emerald Gulf, Perdido Pass, and beyond. On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property. *Rates are set by the HOA and are subject to change without prior notice. For the comfort and safety of all guests, U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, and similar vehicles are not permitted on the property.

We come to the beach a couple of times a summer and always stay at this Phoenix. This rental was amazing. Super clean and had everything we needed. Will look to stay here next summer again
Everything was nice and plenty of space. However not to be on a bad note but awareness. The shower in the jack & jill bathroom had no hot water but we were able to deal with it. All in all everything was great.

We had a great time. We were given the wrong wifi name and password. When I emailed about it I was just given the same info. When I said that wasn’t working I was just emailed back with a phone number and turns out the password and name was wrong I was originally given. We normally wouldn’t care about wifi but we had two adults that also had to work some that week. Condo is well maintained and absolutely stunning.
