Sheet Service, house towel service, & beach towel service is available for fees listed when clicking on all amenities. They are not included in rental unless paid for. VRBO doesn't have "available for fee catagory" when setting up add.
My family house advertised across the street is designed for families with lots of kids is VRBO listing 4218894. Please check out calander for that house as it has a ton of things for kids to play with if you have more than 2 kids in group.
This house has white carpet and hard wood flooring throughout. NOT idea for kids but kids are still permitted with restrictions. Huge beautiful kitchen with all you need to prepare wonderful meals and snacks with seating for up to 10 in ktchen and adjacent area. Living room is comfortable with a 82" flat screen with blue ray player and hundreds of movies to enjoy.. Pool room is for adults only ( not a popular restriction, but nessasary) as this Renaissance table retailing for over ,$15,000.00. Office I use for 4th open bedroom to foyer, furnished with full bed futon. Master bedroom and garage are not part of rental and are locked off for owner use if needed while managing both listed properties. Restricted areas both have private entrances for owner need as your vacation and privacy is of utmost importance as long as rules and # of Guest permitted are respected. Front porch is a wonderfu place to sit and have a cup of coffee or drink while overlooking beautiful compelation of gardens. Neighborhood pool is just a short walk while Bear Trap Dunes Country Club is right across the street in walking distance as well. I love this house and am glad to offer it to you during these summer weeks.
There are additional fees of $329.00 for Saturday Check in & $329.00 additional fee for Saturday Check out. You must be 30 years of age or older to reserve this house without additional fees added due to your average group age being younger than 30. The fee if everyone in group is 30 or younger in age is $200.00 per person additional per stay with an excepted younger group.
NO ONE UNDER 18 IS PERMITTED IN POOL ROOM AT ANY TIME, EVER!!! Sorry
Absolutely no use of backyard or side yards except for outside shower access and access to trash cans.
There's a 4% credit card reimbursement fee to be paid directly to owner when returning 2 signed hard copies of contract.
There's a $329 .00 fee if you book with less than 30 days to check in to be paid directly to owner with 4% credit card reinbursement fee, & 5% town tax.
