This place was close to everything we wanted to visit & explore! Very clean & nice, big enough for my family of 7. Nice neighborhood! We will definitely book another stay here for our next visit to New York!

Nice apartment

The apartment itself was very nice. The host was very accessible and responsive. The one downfall was we weren't expecting it to be so loud. Its on a main road. If you are a light sleeper it is not a good fit. Everything else was great.

Cute stay

Well decorated and pleasant. But bed sheets were visibly not changed from previous guests, there was several hairs on them. Additionally, in the description it said about 10 min from time square, but in actuality it’s about hour or more on public transportation. One room was inside of another room, two of the rooms were closet sized which you can’t really tell On pictures. There was nothing extra in the house - just salt, pepper and garlic powder - no other kind of food or spices or anything at all, no cleaning items no amenities. Host was responsive and helped with parking.

This was a wonderful stay. The property was in a good safe neighborhood. The price was phenomenal compared to Other local stays. Host was fantastic, communicated frequently with lots of suggestions for the area. Will visit here again

Great Location & Property

My family and I stayed here on a week vacation of American Dream and NYC. The location was perfect to get into the city for sightseeing and very close to American Dream, as well. Christian was a wonderful host; very responsive and accommodating. It is a 2nd floor apartment and we felt safe and right at home. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We would definitely rent here again.
