*HOW DO I GET THE KEY?*
- The front door is equipped with a state-of-the-art Schlage Encode keyless smart lock.
- The access code will be provided to you 24 hours prior to your arrival time.

*WHERE CAN I PARK?*
- A maximum of 4 sedan-sized vehicles are allowed in front of the house (3 reserved spots in the driveway to the left of the house and 1 street parking spot in front of the house).
- The driveway is long but narrow. NON-SEDAN VEHICLES ARE NOT RECOMMENDED, as wider vehicles may be difficult to maneuver in and out.
- Street parking is first-come, first-served and not guaranteed.
- If a street parking spot is not available, we recommend using a nearby parking lot or garage to avoid potential citations. Guests are responsible for any costs associated with off-site parking.
- A parking permit will be provided, hanging on the fridge door. This permit is only valid for street parking directly in front of the house. Please return the permit before departure. A $75 fee applies for any unreturned or lost permits.
- The sidewalk must remain clear at all times. Vehicles must be either fully parked on the street or, if using the driveway, fully pulled in so that no part extends onto or over the sidewalk.
- Do not park within the white-painted box in front of any driveway — this area must remain clear for egress at all times.
- Please plan accordingly to avoid city citations — any fines due to parking violations will be the guest’s responsibility.

*IS THERE ANY SECURITY MEASURE AT YOUR PLACE?*
- There are Minut noise devices around the house (they are not voice recording devices per the manufacturer's privacy policies).
- There are 5 external Ring cameras actively recording/monitoring the outdoor area. There is no recording device in the interior of the house.

✔ 1 facing the driveway.
✔ 1 actively recording/monitoring the Unit 1 Utility/Boiler Room. Please be advised that this room houses the boiler, water heating system, gas, and other important mechanisms. THE UTILITY/BOILER ROOM IS NOT PART OF THE BOOKED SPACE BUT IS UNRESTRICTED, ALLOWING GUESTS TO ACCESS THE WASHER/DRYER. If you feel uncomfortable, we can keep the room locked, but please note that this will restrict your access to the washer/dryer. Please advise us before check-in.
✔ 1 actively recording/monitoring the Public Lobby/Foyer connecting Unit 1 and Unit 2. Please be advised that, though indoors, it is external to both Unit 1 and Unit 2. THE PUBLIC LOBBY IS NOT PART OF THE BOOKED SPACE BUT IS UNRESTRICTED FOR GUESTS WHO BOOKED BOTH UNIT 1 AND UNIT 2.

- Smoke & carbon monoxide alarms throughout, inspected monthly.
- Fire Extinguisher is located within the kitchen and in the main hallway.
- First-aid supplies are located within the kitchen on the Top Floor and in the laundry room on the Lower Ground floor.

- No smoking or vaping is allowed in our home or any indoor space. This applies to both tobacco and cannabis use.
- A violation will result in immediate cancellation without a refund and a $1000 additional cleaning fee. Please note that we have smoke-detecting devices indoors.

*CAN I ADJUST THE TEMPERATURE IN THE HOUSE?*
- Guests can adjust the temperature freely, but we kindly request that guests maintain a temperature between 73°F and 78°F to prevent overtaxing the AC system.
- Please note that if service is needed, our AC technician requires 24 hours' notice.

*ARE WATER AND ICE PROVIDED DURING THE STAY?*
- The fridge may or may not have a functioning water filter and ice maker. To ensure you always have access to water and ice, we provide a Brita pitcher and ice trays.
- For larger groups, we recommend purchasing additional ice from nearby stores, as our appliances are designed primarily for residential use and may not produce enough ice quickly.

*I HAVE FRIENDS (FAMILY) IN TOWN, CAN THEY VISIT ME DURING MY STAY?*
- No parties or visitors are allowed during your stay.
