The house was very clean and comfy. Very good for a big family. The host was very detailed about our stay and let us know about bus/train/sunway routes, and also where the closest stores and pharmacy was. We enjoyed our 5 nights here in Jersey City, all except the parking... there is a driveway, but, every time we left and came back to the house, someone was blocking the driveway. So we'd have to wait on the side of the road in front of the fire hydrant with flashers on until the decided to move.. other than that, it was great !!

Host was very gracious to let me check in a little earlier. Place was clean. Backyard was Top Tier. Parking was a little rough, but expected for Jersey City. Would certainly visit again.

Nice and cozy home. We came out for a family trip to NY and enjoyed this place. We got to town earlier than we thought and was able to do an early check in. Communication with owner was a breeze and house accommodated perfect for 4 adults and 4 kids. Would rent here again!

A great stay!

Beautiful home. Beautiful setup. The patio was a great space for an intimate celebration and Ana was a great host. She responded quickly and it was a super easy check in and check out! Would recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable stay!

The perfect first birthday location!

It’s definitely a cozy oasis and the private backyard is the perfect get together location! Very clean and spacious! The host is kind and responsive. She even made my daughter first birthday signs! I would definitely book this home again.

Great Spot with nice backyard

The house exceeded our expectations! The host was great, huge backyard, very comfortable and lots of extra amenities. Free street parking and we had no issues finding a spot. We parked our car and took a bus into the NYC. The host even left snacks for us, which was a nice touch. Highly recommend, would definitely stay here again!

First time in NJ, the place was well maintained. All the things that you might forget, they have it. Easy access to Bus and few minutes drive to subway PATH park and Ride.

Clean, Comfortable & Well-Appointed

We needed a larger place to stay for our family in the NYC area. This was a great place. The unit included all the basics and a well stocked grocery store was a block away and many bodegas. The place was clean with a beautiful backyard patio with lots of places to sit. It was peaceful, too. The owner was very responsive.

Excellent location and price for visit NYC

House was very clean. Neighborhood is very good. If you plan a visit to NYC this house is located on a mayor boulevard and have a super easy access to city transportation. 119 bus route will take you right in to the heart of the big apple. Ana, was super friendly and answered all my questions. Thanks Ana.

NYC vacation

Parking is terrible. Had to keep moving vehicles because of street sweeping. Couldn’t find parking close bye. Had to park blocks away.

Parking is not great. Had to park a block away and walk. Bed linen in back bedroom was not changed after the previous renters. There was long hair all over the sheets.

Jersey City

The place was very clean and the host was great with communication. Water bottles left for us were a nice touch! The bathroom was nice although tough for 5-6 people to share 1 bathroom. Too cold to use the backyard but looked great. Great coffee selection for guests and welcoming snacks. The decor and amenities were very well done. Very cute place! I think the 1 bathroom only for 5-6 people is probably the only challenge for our group.

Bachelor party

This property has a spacious and well maintained backyard. The firepit was surrounded by comfortable patio couches. The interior was spacious for the 6 of us staying here. It was clean and had everything we could possibly need to cook/clean. Location is super close to Manhattan and it was quiet surrounding the house. The only trouble with the area is the street parking in Jersey City, but the accommodations outweigh the 1 negative. The host is easy to reach and will answer any questions about the area. I would highly recommend this rental.

Extremely comfortable and clean

We took a trio because my daughter is moving to NYC but didn’t want to stay in the city because we drove in and was worried about trying to park in Manhattan. This apartment was perfect!!! It’s easy to get in and out of the city, the 119 bus stop is right in front of the house. All four bedrooms were super cute, very clean and very very comfortable! The backyard space was so fun to hang out and talk about the day! The host replied to my questions immediately and made our stay so easy. Parking can be a little tricky because you have to move the car at various times, but it wasn’t complicated at all, plus the host posts instructions. Thank you so much for everything!!

Great place!

I was so grateful for the wonderful stay in Jersey City. Thought many have mentioned the parking we didn't have an issue with it. We had two vehicles dropped off our stuff out front and parked about a block away. The place was clean, adorably decorated. The beds were very comfortable and they left us snacks! Due to the location of the area I would suggest bringing ear plugs. But that has nothing to do with the host or the apartment itself. Just the general location. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay. We would stay again anytime. parked about a block away.

Thomson’s visit NYC

We had a great time exploring the city and it was nice to find a great place in a good location without being too overpriced. The house was super cute and clean and had everything we needed to accommodate 2 adults, 2 teenagers, 2 young kids, a toddler and a dog. The bedrooms were nice and the living room we used as an additional bedroom. The kitchen and bathroom was very nice and clean. The hardest part was street parking since we are not city folks, this was really hard for a large family with young children but we managed just fine. We had a great time and if ever back in the area I would definitely stay here again. Thank you 😊

Cute place to stay at!

All the rooms were super cute and clean! It was a great place to rent for a small get-together of friends to celebrate our friend’s birthday! Everything was accessible to us, rooms, kitchen, living room & backyard. Anything we needed was there to have a great time! If we needed other supplies, there were a lot of different selections of stores that were either a short walk or a 5-10 min driving distance. So it was very convenient! The hosts were also super sweet to leave us balloons and a sign for my friend’s birthday that wished her a happy birthday! They respond to any questions you may have right away. They made this stay as easy as it can get! (:

The property was average but probably very typical to what you'll find in New Jersey. The parking and noise, especially in the front bedroom, was horrible. The final straw for me was seeing roaches in the kitchen. I let the owner know who responded that they had not had reports of roaches in the property before.
