THREE NIGHT MINIMUM ON ALL RESERVATIONS DUE TO HOA OCCUPANCY RULES

"Finns Up" is the perfect spot to enjoy a golfers weekend, girls trip, family vacation or any other type of stay! Overlooking the 17th fairway, the screened in porch is the perfect spot to relax and enjoy your time in a serene and peaceful environment. Inside, the condo boasts ALL NEW hardwood floors, fresh paint throughout, beautiful, stylish and updated furniture, a full size washer/dryer, Cable TV's, Wifi, a traditional drip coffee maker, and so much more. The master bedroom features a King size bed, the second bedroom also features a King size bed, and the third bedroom features two Twin beds. After spending time at "Finns Up", you will be more than eager to return!

True Blue is located just 5 minutes to the beach and offers, golf, tennis, dining, pools and hot tubs. The True Blue Golf Course is located on a former rice and indigo planation. Its’ rolling terrain and native vegetation make it one of the most spectacular settings in golf. Golf magazine ranked True Blue as one of the top 100 courses to play in 2014. It has also been ranked among the top 25 in the South by Golf Digest.

True Blue also boasts the Steve Dresser Golf Academy, and is one of America’s most awarded golf schools. Golf Magazine has listed it among the top 25 schools in the nation. True Blue features 4 pools and hot tubs, tennis, dining and super 5 minutes to the beach. Guests also have access to Huntington Beach State park pass during their stay as an added bonus!

Great location

Condo was exactly as described in the listing. It is a great location, great golfing area, easy trip to the beach, lots of great restaurants close by. Easy check in and check out process.

Property was as listed, clean and in good order. Beach towels were provided. My only minor complaint is we in town for a Bassmaster tournament and even though our boat would fully fit in a parking place it was against the rules. We wound up getting a local business to let us park it there…… a boat worth over 125k that we had to ask local law enforcement to do a extra patrol and check on over night for us. They gladly did so and it was fine but if your city is going to host this magnitude of events property managers should be more accommodating.

Thank you for your review. In the description of the property it clearly states that the HOA does not allow boats, trailers, RVs or motorcycles. When you booked and in the notes you put the BassMaster event I personally called you and offered to move you to a house that would accommodate the boat without issue and without an increase in cost...but you refused. I am sorry there was this issue but we did everything to avoid it. Many communities do not allow larger vehicles and unfortunately there is nothing that the community or property manager can do.

Tidelife was amazing! Becca was friendly and very accomodating. They provide starter tp, papertowls, soaps (the other rental co did not). Please keep these little things standard because they go a long way to renters! And it sets you apart. This condo was very clean and updated! 5 stars!
