Two bedroom two bath on the first floor at True Blue golf hole #17. The back patio is looking at the green and pond of #17. The inside is all updated and the view outside is beautiful. Has king size bed in main bedroom and two twins in front bedroom. Pull out sofa bed in living area that will sleep two if needed.

Great 1st experience

This was our first time using VRBO. We loved the condo and location. The view was so pretty. The description of condo was what it was. Less than 2 miles from beach. We will be back later in 2025.

Beautiful Condo and Close to Everything

We stayed at the condo for a long weekend while my husband played in a golf tournament. The location is perfect, steps from the 17th green on the True Blue course, and a short drive to lots of restaurants and shopping. Highly recommend dinner at Rustic Table. The condo itself was very clean and comfortable, well stocked, and felt very secure. I would definitely book again if we come back!

True blue condo

Property was clean and decor was nice but minimal supplies. Not an extra roll of toilet paper, paper towel, soap for showering, soap to run dishwasher, or laundry. Minor things but very inconvenient when you fly in for only a few days. Linens could use refreshing as well. Would also be nice to have instructions for operating TV , trash/recycling disposal and checkout. Others didn’t seem to mind so maybe just I think it would be appropriate.

Really enjoyed condo and pools

There was lots to do nearby, and beaches just a short drive away. Lots of good restaurants around, too. The condo was clean, comfortable, good air, and had all the kitchenware we needed to cook breakfast and lunch most days the week we were there. There were games and puzzles in the cabinet. We put one together and were happy to see all the pieces were there. We had taken an air mattress for one of my teens, but ended up using the twin size one the owner had in the condo. It was easier to move around and in perfect condition - we did not need to add air once. The other beds were comfortable, too. We really enjoyed the location of the condo, and having 2 nice pools nearby. We swam each day and evening. One night, we had pizza delivered to the pool and had dinner there. For activities, we went to Huntington state park, saw some gators and toured the castle. It was unbelievably hot, but we enjoyed it thoroughly. We also drove up to Myrtle beach and dropped our teens off at the water park one day and then did some shopping. For beaches, we visited several in North Litchfield, none were too crowded and the water was great. I do recommend bringing a few dishwashing tablets, a couple of trash bags, and some extra toilet paper. There were none at the condo, but that wasn’t a big deal as there were plenty of stores nearby. We did not have any issues at the condo, the owner was kind and helpful, too. Thanks for sharing your place and we’d love to stay again when in the area.

Back for a Second Vacation Stay

Our family stayed in this unit last year. The condo had all we needed and the location was great, so we returned again for this year's beach vacation. We enjoyed visiting Pawley's Island, Litchfield and Huntington Beach State Park during our stay. We also enjoyed the two nearby pools. Thanks for another great stay!

Did not disappoint

Clean condo and very nicely decorated. Being on the ground floor was very convenient for us. Maybe an extra roll of tp would have been nice along with shower soap. I also never had to bring shampoo/conditioner before. None of these were major problems and we enjoyed our stay.

The condo was perfect for our family getaway. Tasteful accommodations, great location, amazing view of the 17th hole, four pools to choose from and property was immaculately maintained. Great location, quite and a very nice condo.

The condo is very nicely decorated and big enough for a small family. It is in great location, peaceful and not far from the beach. If you cook, bring some pot with lid and very basic things you use. There is not much in the kitchen and all teflon frying pans, nothing stainless steel.

Best spot on Pawleys Island

Rice Plantation tour.

My wife and her mother and I came down for the plantation tours. This was a challenging trip for me. My wife had a stroke a year ago and is disabled and is in pain with back surgery coming up. My mother in law is 81 and just finished chemo for leukemia and is very weak. We had two scooters to deal with. The condo was beautiful, easy to get in and worked well. The view out the back was great. I wasn’t expecting that. The kitchen had anything you would need. The beds were very comfortable. The condo was super clean and the area outside was well kept. The location was good and we found many great places to eat. It was a lot of work for me doing everything for two handicapped people, but I was glad they could get out and have a huge change of pace and have a little joy in life. Something neither has had in a good while. The weather was great and the host could not have been more helpful. We would love to come back again.

Fantastic Condo

My husband and I absolutely loved this property. Description is completely accurate the Golf course is beautiful and the 17th hole beyond my expectations. We are avid golfers and really appreciated this location, drinking coffee on the patio or drinking wine, loving the sun sets and even in the rain it was fabulous. The condo is well stocked comfortable clean great location. The area is quiet and feels very safe. Contact with host was easy and informative. Dave responded to my questions and we had no issues. We will absolutely book this condo again 😀

Scenic Condo

The property was very clean and nicely decorated. The view of the 17th hole of True Blue was spectacular. Loved sitting on the patio and having our morning coffee. Since we are golfers, we liked the fact that there were beautiful golf courses close by.

A Perfect Fit

This condo was a perfect fit for our family! The condo was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well-stocked with various cooking equipment. While we weren't at the beach, we enjoyed spending time at the nearby pool and playing the Pawleys Island Monopoly game. We also enjoyed spending time on the patio reading and watching the golfers. And there was plenty of space to walk our dog. This was a great stay!
