Jason was very responsive. Place had a very pretty view of the lake.Not meant for more than 4 people. Stairs are steep and narrow and the second bedroom has nowhere to put your clothes because it has two beds using the whole room.

This is the second year we stayed here and it was just as amazing as last year. It was very clean! The communication with the property owners is great. They respond and answer questions in a very timely manner. It’s just such a cool property with the observatory building and the fire pit overlooking the lake. It’s very nice to have a rental that we can bring our dog. The neighbors loved him. And he loved the beach. And we saw the northern lights!

Great way to end our busy summer schedule just in time to start all over again! Definitely recommend going down to Brunette Park for longer strolls on the beach. This private beach was perfect for our kid, and the sandstone bottom let us venture out further than normal. And don’t forget the sauna to warm up!

Clear water, can see straight to rock bottom.

Quiet Getaway

Little Betsy cabin provided my girlfriend and I with a wonderful getaway from the hustle and bustle of work/city life. We enjoy the beach, the brisk water, and soothing sauna. Throw in an easy drive up to Copper Harbor for a little 1/2 day trip and I don’t know what else you could want. Easily recommend.

Two nights on Lake Superior

This is a lovely location. The beach here is great and the cabin is nice with great kitchen and nice upstairs bed and bathroom. The surrounding area is full of hiking and sightseeing opportunities. We especially appreciated the EV charger! Nice to be able to charge at the cabin and have adequate charge to explore the area and be on the road after check-out.

Great stay

Don’t judge a book by its cover. When you first pull up, the property looks dated, but it’s not. The inside is completely updated and very comfortable. All the kitchen amenities you need are available and the beds are cozy. Full private beach access is great with the fire pit with a bunch of Adirondack chairs. High speed Starlink makes a big difference as we didn’t have a cell signal in the area. Hosts were very responsive and helpful!

A wonderful well provisioned little cabin in the Northwoods with a perfect little beach. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone looking for an amazing getaway.The beach, the sauna, and the proximity to Bohemia and everything fun in the UP was truly a great treat.

The property is amazing and exactly as described on the listing. Clean, spacious, and they had all the amenities you need. The beach is amazing and there is a sandstone shelf out to the lake meaning it’s a perfect place for little kids to splash around safely.

I love this place

It was seriously one of the best rentals ive ever stayed in (and i have stayed in alot on various platforms). It was very clean and the beach was so relaxing. The pictures were accurate representations.

Little Betsy Cabin Trip

We went for a 3 day trip in May. Unfortunately the weather was very cold and the wind was so bad we didn’t get a chance to enjoy the beach area. It even snowed one of the days. I understand that this is not uncommon this time of year. The house was very clean and it was very quiet. I didn’t enjoy that the only bathroom was upstairs though. I also found that the wind at our location was worse than anywhere else we went on the Peninsula. The communication was very clear from the hosts and check in was flawless, but considering we were on our first vacation in years, I didn’t enjoy getting multiple messages from the hosts regarding information about the rental and things we needed to be doing after we had already been there for a day or 2. I feel this could have all been done prior to check in instead of right in the middle of trying to enjoy our time away from phones and responsibilities. Overall, it wasn’t a terrible trip and the waterfalls were nice in the area but that was about the extent of our enjoyment while we were there. The bathroom location really did it for me being as far away from where you are in the house as possible and if I would have brought our kids, I can’t imagine how crazy it would have been taking them up a tall flight of stairs constantly to go to the bathroom.

Lovely little cabin

The cabin was lovely and clean. My only complaint was that the only bathroom was upstairs. I loved the little guest book, there are some... um, interesting stories in there. The beach was lovely, we were blessed with the best weather. The fire pit was perfect, the neighbors were quiet... 5 stay and would definitely stay again.

A weekend with Little Betsy

This cozy cabin was the perfect getaway. In the middle of nowhere. The sounds of the waves crashing is therapeutic. Would recommend this cabin to anyone. It’s now my wife’s “majestic happy place”. Thank you to the wonderful hosts. Will visit again.

Very secluded, quiet and perfect for get away from life. Love love the beach ( even tho it was cold and snowy) the stars so . Cant wait to stay again when the weather is warmer.

Great Lake View Cabin

Everything about this location and the amenities is wonderful. My biggest feedback is that cabin is packed with places to sleep but with one bathroom, it seems overkill. Having a cabin that only has one comfortable room kinda sucks. The second bedroom has two doubles crammed in a small room. The communication we needed from the owners was perfect and so friendly. The sauna was nice to have but being in the garage was sort of off putting. The cabin had everything we needed and more which we were so thankful.

Awesome northern getaway

We were in town to do some skiing and snowboarding at Mount Bohemia and found this gem of a spot to book our stay! Just a quick 20 minute drive it was perfect for us, and very clean and cozy inside! The view of the lake in the winter was serene and the sauna was hot!

Great value at Little Betsy Cabin

Me and a friend rented this nice little cabin for a 4 day ski trip to Mt Bohemia. It's a remote area, and the location was perfect for our trip. It's only about 12 miles from the ski hill with a very picturesque drive. This little cabin was perfect for our needs, and you can tell the hosts put a lot of thought into setting up the place. I thought it was a great value all around.

Winter fun

We had a great time at Little Betsy- hosts were very responsive and made sure all information was provided to us before arrival. Great location to Mount Bohemia and right on Lake Superior. Also the sauna was definitely a bonus. And thoroughly enjoyed - would absolutely stay again!!
