Outdoor Patio: Enter onto the large side patio adjacent to the kitchen and discover a serene oasis. Lounge in style on the hammock, gather around the patio table or relax in the comfy seating area. As dusk falls, be enchanted by the magical twinkle of string lights. Enjoy ultimate privacy in the fenced-in patio, surrounded by the tropical splendor of two coconut trees. Welcome to your little slice of tropical haven! 🌴



Pool/Backyard: Check out our amazing new heated saltwater pool with a sun shelf! It's a shallow pool with a maximum depth of 4.5 feet, perfect for relaxing and cooling off. The pool is in our large backyard, shared with our sister cottage, Mango, so it's a great spot to meet new friends while on vacation. We've set up a table with four chairs and provided pool floats, & sun loungers, and umbrellas. There is also a BEAUTIFUL mural where you can snap some memorable pics in front of. 🥭📸



The Beach: Our cozy cottage isn't exactly on the beach, but it's pretty darn close. Within seconds of stepping out, you'll see the beach access entrance, and in less than five minutes, you'll have your toes in the sand. Who says you can't have the best of both worlds? Get ready for the ultimate beach getaway! 🐚

The Neighborhood:

Known for its serene beaches and excellent dining options, Indian Rocks Beach and Indian Shores are ideal destinations for a peaceful getaway that is still close to bustling areas like Clearwater Beach or John's Pass. These tranquil beaches cater to those looking for relaxation alongside delicious food and beverages. ⛱



Coco is conveniently located just two blocks away from the beach! From our driveway, you can spot the beach access entrance nearby, making it an ideal spot. Additionally, Coco is only a five-minute stroll to Cafe de Paris, Beach Wave Grill, and Coco Crush, while Casa Italia is just a 10-minute walk away! 🍊



Please keep in mind that we are located in a residential neighborhood and to be kind and courteous during your stay. Locals enjoy their peace and quiet, and we want this to remain a piece of paradise for everyone to share and love. ✨



Getting Around:

- Nearby, there are restaurants and bars that are easily accessible on foot. 👣

- Each cottage comes with two parking spaces, and additional free public parking is available throughout IRB. 🚗

- Guests can make use of the two bicycles provided for their stay. 🚲

- A local trolley stop is conveniently located on our corner, offering an affordable and pleasant way to explore the area. 🚎

- To use the trolley during your visit, we recommend downloading the Flamingo & Transit app. 🦩

- IRB, slightly south of Clearwater Beach, offers a less touristy atmosphere, enhancing the distinctive charm of our town.



- 15 min drive to Clearwater Beach 💦

- 20 min drive to John's Pass 🐬

- 25 min drive to Dunedin 🍻

Other Things to Note:

- The NEW Heated Luxury Saltwater Pool is ready! Please note this beautiful pool is shared with guests staying in the neighboring cottage. 💦



- Please note that pool temperature is influenced by outdoor conditions. Pool heaters operate most efficiently when temperatures are above 60°F; during colder weather or occasional cold fronts, the pool may not be able to reach or maintain the desired temperature and may not be suitable for all preferences.



- No need to worry about packing or renting beach supplies! We supply our guests with towels, four chairs, two coolers, a beach wagon, an umbrella, and sunblock. There's also a large bag of beach toys for the little ones. ⛱️



- ‼️TRAVEL INSURANCE: For guests traveling between June 1 & November 30, we HIGHLY recommend you purchase travel insurance through Airbnb to protect against flight cancellations or delays. 🌀



- ❄️ AC INFO: When using the air conditioning between May and August, kindly avoid setting it below 76°F from noon to 8 PM, and remember to adjust it to 78°F when leaving the property. This practice allows the AC to defrost and operate more effectively in the evening.



- We provide a pack-n-play and a highchair for your convenience at our property. Additionally, we have safety doorknob covers available for the bedroom and kitchen doors to enhance safety. If you need any other baby equipment, please let us know, and we will be happy to assist you! 🚼



- Complimentary starter supplies are provided. For stays of two weeks or longer, guests are responsible for replenishing supplies as needed.



- This is a beach rental in Florida where small lizards may sometimes wander into the cottage. Don't worry, they're harmless! 🦎
