Just 10â15 minutes from downtown New Braunfels and the famous Schlitterbahn water park, this beautiful 3,300 sq ft single-story lakefront retreat comfortably sleeps 14 guests â all in real beds (no futons or pullouts here!). With 4 spacious bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, plus a refreshing outdoor shower, the home sits directly on the Lake Dunlap section of the spring-fed Guadalupe River.

Feeling adventurous? Take out one of the provided kayaks (2 adult, 1 double, 2 kids), a canoe, or one of the 2 stand-up paddleboards. There are two primary suites on each side of the home.
Outside features a huge shaded front year; A flat ,grassy, shaded backyard; 140 feet of bulkhead waterfront, about 1500 sqft a covered patio spaces and a deck. There is space to roam and feel comfortable no matter where you are on the property.
