Welcome to Ocean Reef 103, the ideal ground floor condo, located just minutes from the beach. While this is a condo it feels more like a home with its ideal layout for a large family or two couples traveling together, it even offers a shaded back porch overlooking the pool and your own wooded paradise.

This beautiful, spacious condo is in a small complex, so it offers a peaceful relaxing atmosphere, unlike the larger busier condos. It is perfect for beach time, boating, kayaking, or fishing, all just minutes away. While you are not directly beachside, owner-provided beach carts make it an easy walk to the beach. It is, also, only a short drive to historic St. Augustine and other attractions and restaurants.

Ocean Reef 103 has space for the whole family, even two families. The living room has plenty of room to enjoy a movie on the 55-inch HDTV, so just sit back and relax after your day at the beach. Also, Ocean Reef is equipped with WiFi. so, bring your electronic devices and stay in touch with family and friends. There is a large dining room table to play board games on or do a vacation puzzle.

The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and all pots and pans, dinnerware, glasses, utensils, and appliances for preparing a large meal or just sitting and enjoying a morning cup of coffee. Ocean Reef has everything you need, while lots of places say that this kitchen is equipped with it all, even down to the Martini Shaker. There is a nearby Publix two blocks away so stock up or just have breakfast and enjoy the many fantastic area restaurants. The main suite is equipped with an extremely comfortable new king-size bed, HDTV, and an en-suite bathroom complete with a walk-in shower and a garden tub to soak in. The second bedroom, also, has a new queen-size bed and HDTV. The third bedroom had twin beds for the kids or extra guests. Ocean Reef has a full-size washer and dryer, so you can even pack light for your trip.

Ocean Reef is located on Beach A1A and is centered between the Intercoastal Waterway and St. Augustine Beach. The beach is known for its miles of white sand and the Inter Coastal for its fishing and boating. You are also just a short drive to many local restaurants, and of course, Historical St. Augustine is a must on everyone's vacation list. Orlando is less than a two-hour drive if you want to explore Disney World or Universal Studios. You will not be indoors long with all St. Augustine has 'to offer, from Alligator Farm, nightly ghost tours, the Fort, even a sunset tour on a real pirate ship, all less than 15 minutes away.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

What a hidden gem! This unit was spacious, well decorated and stocked with supplies to enjoy our time in St. Augustine. The location was quiet and convenient to everything we wanted to do. Wonderful and very clean property! We had a great stay with lots of things nearby and the beach minutes walk away that you can also drive on, we had a wonderful long weekend getaway with friends at this property. All of the neighbors at the complex were super friendly as well. Would definitely stay again!

It was very nice. If I could wish for one more thing, it would be more light..since it’s not an end unit, it doesn’t have windows on sides, just ends. Most would be fine with that. As I said, it is so well stocked. Even has umbrellas. Pool just a few steps away. Too cold to go in though.

Great Property and Location

This was a spacious condo, much bigger than the photos show. Lots of room for my 5 adult kids to spread out. Kitchen was well-stocked with everything they needed to cook and eat. Location was a short walk through a park area to the beach and easy access to see the sights in St. Augustine. We will definitely book this property next time we visit Gramma in St. Augustine.

Our daughter and son in law came from Germany to get married on the beach. The condo was perfect! Great pool, close to everything, had everything we needed! The rooms were decorated so cute! Great Relaxing Get-a-way

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We traveled South to escape the snow and ice and Ocean Reef provided a welcome relief. The unit was well equipped and very convenient to grocery stores, restaurants and St. Augustine. The screened-in back porch was a delight to relax, read and enjoy the sun. I had a nice time walking our small dog up and down A1A Beach Blvd. The proximity to Old Town St. Augustine without being in the traffic flow was very appealing. Recommend it for a pleasant time at St. Augustine Beach.

Quiet condo within 15 minutes drive of all Saint Augustine has to offer. Condo was well stocked...beach wagon was a plus! Pool wasn't clean but we enjoyed everything else.

Condo was nice and spacious. Easy 6-7 minute walk to beach. Close to take out & grocery store. Screened in porch was great for the evenings. Since it is on the bottom floor be prepared for the noise of the condo above. It was a nice, well stocked pet friendly place. Enjoy.

Wonderful

Well I was a little disappointed in the cleanliness and the linens . The towels and sheets I think need to be replaced , I felt like I need to wash and bleach all the linens . I also had to vacuum and wash floors, there was so much sand and dirt under and on the rugs. But we did love the area and the other resident were very nice, everyone was so nice so we had a wonderful time. Thanks for sharing your home with us . Sincerely Pam Blanchette

Unit was clean and comfortable. The rooms are all a good size for a large family. Some things to know. The owner does not provide any toiletries, dish or laundry soap, toilet paper or paper towels or trash bags. so bring your own or plan to buy these items when you arrive. There are no beach toys in the unit as one often finds in oceanside units. The pool is not heated. if you plan to cook, bring some basic spices and a couple of good knives.

Mother's Day Adventure Weekend

Had a great time at Ocean Reef 103 after the 1st few hours of getting locked out. The batteries in the keyless pad went bad, which prevented the door from unlocking. We were stranded outside with pizza and groceries, which took up the first 2 hours of our time waiting for the locksmith.. Once that glitch was resolved, all thumbs up! The size was perfect- all enjoyed, whether we needed private time to study/work or wanted to gather as a family to laugh and talk at the beginning of the day for coffee on the patio. Plenty of sights to see in the area, excellent food and close enough to walk to the Atlantic Ocean to end the day. Wish they would have compensated us by letting us stay over by 2 hours to allow make up of time we missed standing outdoors at the start of the vacation.

Great condo; not-so-great property managers

I gave this condo only 4 stars because of the property management company, not because of the condo itself. The condo was very clean and comfortable and in a great location. It was well stocked with beach gear - chairs, towels, umbrella, wagon, boogie boards, sand toys - and also with kitchen items. Note that it did not have any shampoo, laundry detergent, Kleenex or food of any kind (not even salt). However, there is a Publix just down the street (2 minutes drive). We did not use the pool because it is not heated, but we did sit out by it a couple of times. We walked the 10 minutes to the beach twice every day. The only issues we had were with the property management company. We had 3 minor issues that should have been solved very quickly. However, it took 2 full days of texting with them to get everything we needed. They were somewhat responsive to texts, just completely incompetent in getting things done quickly, and not particularly apologetic about it.

Perfect Condo but Pet Policy is Ridiculous

The condo was lovely and well stocked. It is located across the street from Hammock Park with a perfect beach access. The neighbors are terrific, friendly, and helpful. The only issue was registering my pet. It is advertised as pet friendly but fails to say you must provide proof of pet liability insurance and add Ocean Reef to your homeowner's insurance. They should explain this in the description. By the time I received the HOA rules, I was beyond the time to change my reservation w/o losing money. Had to send a pic, proof of insurance, and made sure I had shot records for a 15 lb Schnoodle. Also, the Nest thermostat kept changing the temp from 76 to 80 degrees. It made the house uncomfortable at night while sleeping. I think this was being done remotely. The unit was clean but no mop and we wanted to wash the floors. Told the management company b/c floors looked clean but were dirty. (not the owner's fault) Overall, I will return to this condo because it is large, quiet, well stocked, and comfortable. If I bring my dog, I now know I have to register him with the HOA. It would be helpful if the VACASA gave a number to the local rental office so I could have had my questions answered. Speaking to a VACASA rep in Portland, OR is a waste of time since they have no idea about the area.

Beautiful, comfy, clean!

Ladies getaway was a success due to this great stay! Beautifully decorated, well laid out unit. Kitchen was fully stocked with all the necessities. Unfortunately the pool didn’t seem very clean, so we skipped using it. Even though we were so close to it. Great parking, lots of nearby shopping and restaurants and gorgeous beach within walking distance. (A little bit of a long walk) Our group all agreed that we would like to return. Thank you for a great experience.
