Allow your dreams of coastal extravagance to come to life on the prestigious Balboa Island-an unrivaled haven in this iconic and historical destination.
For those of you seeking a Daytime adventure, you can ride the Ferry to the peninsula and hop on the Catalina Express, Whale Watching Tours, or Sailing Adventures which all depart from the docks across the bay.

One garage spot is allocated to share with the tenant of 202 Ruby (H 6.5 ft / W 8 ft / Depth 17.5 ft), along with plenty of street parking. Lots of amazing shops, cafes, and restaurants are accessible by walking or biking.
Laundry
A private washer and dryer are conveniently located inside the garage. Included in your stay is 4 single use Laundry Powders.
High Chair & Pack 'n Play
High chair and Pack 'n Play are available by request only. Please request at least 48 hours prior to your stay, subject to availability.
