Right in the heart of the Balboa Peninsula, this beautifully remodeled 3 BR/2BA Upper level home has Air conditioning and is located between the Bay and the Beach. Enjoy a family friendly day on the bay kayaking, paddle boarding, swimming, or walk across to enjoy the Ocean.
From our property you can safely walk or ride bikes anywhere on the peninsula. Conveniently located between the Balboa & Newport Piers you will never be more than 5-10 minutes from shops 30+ restaurants & bars, Balboa Fun Zone etc
The space
Our home is one of two units in a two unit building.
Our home is located on the upper floor and includes EVERYTHING YOU NEED to enjoy your family vacation at the beach. Our home has a fully equipped kitchen (pots, pans, dishes, silverware etc), fireplace, Smart TV, dining room table, Patio & Propane BBQ, Washer/Dryer, and garage parking.
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:
Bedroom 1 - (1) King w/ En-Suite Bathroom
Bedroom 2 - (1) Queen w/ shared hallway bathroom
Bedroom 3 - (2) twins w/ shared hallway bathroom
HOME LOCATION:
This property is located in Balboa area between 6th & 7th St. between Newport and Balboa Piers. You can walk or ride bikes anywhere on the peninsula from this home. The best thing about this location is that you are a 5-15 minute walk to over 20+ restaurants, shopping, Lombardy's market, the balboa fun zone, boat rentals, all while staying at the beach.
For those of you with kids, The nearby Bay beach is perfect for families. Marina Park is just a few blocks away with a giant Grass area to hang out at making this home an ideal location for families.
IMPORTANT HOME NOTES:
- Primary guest must be 25+ years old and present throughout the entire reservation.
- Please review house rules regarding Noise, Day/Nighttime Occupancy, etc.
- Quiet Hours 10 pm - 7 am, no Balcony access after 10 pm.
- Overnight/Nighttime Occupancy 6 people. (10 pm - 7 am)
- Daytime Occupancy may not exceed 8 people without written consent from Tower 17 Properties & Management.
- This is the 2nd Floor of a Duplex. This home does have (1) flight of stairs to enter the home.
- Noise from surrounding homes, adjacent units, and beachgoers should be expected.
- Fireplace must not be left unattended while ignited for any reason
- High Chair & Pack n' Play must be requested 48 hours prior to your stay and are provided pending availability.
- Children Must Be supervised at all times especially when outdoors as there is a boulevard and the ocean nearby.
- This property does not allow pets of any kind but will accommodate service animals. If a pet is brought to the property without notification, a charge of $499 plus tax and applicable fees will be charged to your reservation.
-Tenants will be held responsible for any/all penalties and fines incurred during their stay as well as loss of rental revenue resulting from the suspension or revocation of the Property City Lodging Permit.
- Upon arrival, the Guest agrees to be greeted by a staff member to verify Identification matching the primary reservation holder. The primary reservation holder must be present throughout the duration of the reservation. Any exceptions must be approved in writing by Tower 17 Properties
