We would like to especially apologize for the confusion regarding boat trailer parking. We completely understand how frustrating it must have been to receive a parking violation after following the guidance provided to you. We know that unexpected issues like this can take away from an otherwise relaxing vacation experience. Historically, guests have been able to park trailers at Juana's without issue, so this may have been the result of a newer local or county enforcement policy that we were not aware had changed. We truly appreciate you bringing this to our attention so we can provide more accurate guidance to future guests. We will follow up on this with our county. We are also very sorry to hear about the concerns you experienced with the cleanliness of some of the dishes, the odor in one of the beds, the comfort of the bedding, and the performance of the dryer. This is certainly not the experience we want our guests to have. While we wish we had known about these issues during your stay so we could have addressed them right away, we understand how disappointing it must have been to encounter them in the first place. Your comments have been shared with our housekeeping and maintenance teams for immediate review and follow-up.

The issue with the disposal exhaust was promptly investigated by our maintenance team, who ensured the system was functioning safely and properly. We also followed up to confirm that everything had been fully resolved to your satisfaction. Regarding the bedding arrangement, we understand how important comfort and accuracy are, especially when traveling with family. While we offered a relocation to a property with the correct configuration, we completely understand that moving wasn’t ideal. We did our best to provide temporary arrangements that would work for your group, and we issued a generous refund as a sincere apology for the inconvenience. We also want to acknowledge your concern about palmetto bugs. These insects are native to our coastal environment and, despite our proactive pest control efforts, they can occasionally appear—especially near the beach. We understand how unsettling that can be and appreciate your patience. As for the pool, it is a shared community amenity managed by the Homeowners Association. Had we been made aware of any issues during your stay, we would have gladly reached out to the HOA to address them promptly. We genuinely value your patronage and appreciate the opportunity to learn and improve through your feedback.
