The space
The living room features a 60” smart tv that has featured smart apps of Netflix, Hulu and live cable. The couch pulls out into a queen sized memory foam bed. There’s also a comfy yellow accent chair. In the evening, the electronic fireplace with automatically turn on to provide a homey ambiance and can also be used as a heat source if needed.

The kitchen is loaded with all of the necessary cookware. There’s also timed lights under the cabinets and over the cabinets that provide a cozy ambiance.

The bathroom and all the water runs on a tankless water heater and will provide an unlimited amount of hot water. There’s also a luxurious rain shower head and a deep tub for children and adults to soak in.

The bedroom consists of a 32 inch tv that is connected to a Roku device and provides all the same smart apps as the living room. There’s a comfy pillow top queen to enjoy a great night of rest on. There’s a walk-in closet to fit all your luggage and has storage of additional pillows and sheets as needed.

Additional features are a large sized stackable washer and dryer, spacious yards both in the front and the back. A grill, unheated dive pool and security door. You will also love the timed patio lights that light up both yards that provide a peaceful atmosphere. The place is tucked in the back of a quiet cul-de-sac so you will not be bothered by any loud noises.
Guest access
The entire guest house and the backyard connected to the guest house is exclusive to the guest. The “front yard” of the guest house is shared.
