Amy, Thank you so much for your response. As previously explained only dogs were allowed in the property, and that may be a risk you take booking a pet friendly home. The faucets were all checked, and working properly upon your check out. As far as our home being furnished to a bare minimum, it is exactly furnished as shown. in the pictures, with a fully stocked kitchen. I am sorry that my simple home did not meet your expectations. If you look at my previous reviews, they are all great, so I find your claims false, because we work hard to make the home comfortable for our guests As far as the refund goes, you were guided to file a claim, because of the accusations and lack of proof. I hope others are aware of renters trying to cancel reservations when better opportunities present themselves, let’s say a country concert for example. If the claims were proven, instead of a last minute cancellation a refund would have been provided. Again, I’m so sorry my property was unacceptable. Glad to see you are feeling better, thank you so much for turning on every light in the house.
