Perfect stay experience!!!

We stayed here for a bachelorette party and everything about the house was perfect! Fantastic location for accessing food and bars in Old Town. Bryan was super communicative, check in and out was super easy, and the house was clean and ready for our group! Would definitely stay here again.

Great location

Loved the ‘game room’. Property needs some TLC but overall it was a good place to stay. Heated pool was an added bonus since the weather was chilly.

Great stay

We enjoyed the house. It had almost everything a person would need. It could use some updating in the backyard (grill, some of the patio furniture etc) that would make a big impact! All in all would definitely rent again.

Can't wait to come back!

This property was even better than it looks in the pictures -- which says a lot! It was the perfect location for my sister's bachelorette party with its ample space (there were 8 of us, each with our own bed), beautiful pool area, fun games and more. We had a blast and I'll be bookmarking this spot for the next time I visit Scottsdale!

Bachelorette weekend

We had a great time enjoying this beautiful home. Plenty of space for our group of 10. The place was clean and nicely decorated. Our host was so responsive and provided all the instructions we needed.

Amazing staycation!!

The host responded quickly to messages and very accommodating to requests (early check in /late check out). The kitchen, bathrooms, and laundry had were very well stocked. There were extra towels, and even beach towels! We had a great 4th of July at the beautiful pool, kids loved all the floats, and the jacuzzi was amazing.

Highly recommend

We stayed here for my sister’s bachelorette weekend and it did not disappoint! Bryan was very reliable with all communication and made it a great stay for us. The location is a quick ride away from Old Town. The house fit the 10 of us very comfortably. I’d highly recommend this house and would stay there again.

Wonderful Oasis

This house was just what our group of 8 needed after traveling for 9 hours! We appreciated the amount of towels available and laundry room! Everyone loved being able to cook themselves a meal and enjoy a relaxing dip in the pool and hot tub while getting to watch a funny movie on the outdoor TV! We were all sad to leave!

Very accommodating!

Bryan was awesome and let me have my bachelorette party here. One of the girls unknowingly unplugged the router (to do her hair, go figure😂) and he kindly communicated with us asking to plug it back in. The check in and stay was a breeze and the house is so close to major areas!

Bryan was so communicative and welcoming. He was willing to let us drop our bags as we thought we would fly in too early before the check in time. It was easy to text him to make sure we checked out properly. House was great and perfect for my bachelorette!

Good location for a bachelorette

The host was excellent with communication and making the check in/ out process very easy. There was an issue with no toilet paper, but the host dropped some off very quickly. The house could use a few small repairs, floors need a deep clean, and the house needs a good dusting. Otherwise, I would stay here again and thought it was cleaner than other rentals I have stayed in. I thought the bedding was very clean and comfortable. Great location. The area felt safe.

Perfect bachelorette house

we had a great long weekend celebrating a bride to be. The house was clean, we felt safe, the hosts were responsive, the location is great and everything worked well. Some areas looked a little tired from being rented so many times but we had no issues at all. The host even went above and beyond for us when a package arrived a day earlier than scheduled. A very easy process from start to finish. I would recommend the house and stay here again for another trip! Thank you for an amazing stay!

Golf Trip Group Stay

The house was perfect for our guys' trip (8 of us in our 30s). There was plenty of room for all of us (we each had our own bed and tons of shared space) and we made good use of the pool and ping pong table. It's a nice quiet neighborhood, but only a few minutes away from Old Town, and just 15-30 minutes from the airport and any course we wanted to play. The location was prime and we ended up spending more time at the house than we planned, because we were so comfortable there. Bryan was incredible with the communication and was very flexible with us regarding arrival and departure. Definitely recommend staying here.

Perfect Vacation Home

We stayed at this property for five days, there were five adults and three kids. The place was perfect for us, with plenty of room for all of us to spread out. The kids loved the two sets of bunk beds. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking meals, and there also was a grill that we used a lot. The pool in the back yard was great, we paid to have it heated and it was nice and warm. The location was perfect, close to Old Town, and centrally located to many other attractions. We would not hesitate to rent this house again. Oh, and I have to say the property manager is awesome. We had several requests while there, and he always replied within a few minutes and took care of all our requests.

Fab stay for 10 fab women!

I booked this house without consulting my group because I was so confident in the description and reviews and didn't want to miss out, and I was not disappointed! Bryan was a great host and super responsive without being overbearing. Any small issues we had, I was easily able to text him for assistance. Everything about the house is thoughtful and there was almost nothing that we needed that we couldn't find. Plenty of space for 10 women. Backyard and pool were fab, and loved size of dining table and couch to accommodate our whole group hanging out together. Did find some stray hairs and spots in the bathrooms, but other than that, the house/beds/sheets were all very clean! Would stay here again! Thanks, Bryan!

All in all, I would absolutely stay here again. The house is great. The host is responsive and helpful! I asked ahead of time if there was a crockpot and Bryan actually came and put one at the property for us so we wouldn't have to travel with it. So kind! The rooms were a good size. We asked to heat the pool and it was HEATED. So awesome. I am incredibly detail oriented so below is just something I would have loved a heads up on before staying at this home! Says the house sleeps 12.....which is does! But the kitchen/appliances are not set up incredibly well to serve 12. You have everything you need.....just in miniature size! Coffee pot is real tiny. Cooking sheets are real tiny. Things like this just make it a little more difficult to cook food for 12 people at a time....because we had a full house! If you are planning to eat out a ton, then no problem. But if you plan to cook a lot at the house and like coffee in a coffee pot (they also have a Keurig) just either bring some bigger sized stuff or plan to have everything take a little longer! Not the end of the world by any means....just something to be aware of!

Great for our family of 4

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Check-in was seemless, and the host was very easy to reach and quick to respond. It's worth noting that the keypad is tucked out of view next to the mailbox, which at first had us thinking we were at the wrong address. There is a little label for the keypad, but again, it was hard to see. Other than that, entry was very easy. It was very welcoming when we entered as far as lighting and air fresheners. Pretty much anything you could need was provided as far as toiletries and kitchen utensils. We've stayed at lots of rentals, and they usually only provide a roll or two of toilet paper to get you started, 1 dishwaher pod, a couple of garbage bags, etc. At this rental, there was unlimited access to all of these things, which was amazing!! We literally didnt need to bring anything other than our personal belongings. The pool was great, and my family enjoyed a swim every day, sometimes multiple times a day! Water temp was warm and perfect (in June). We also enjoyed having the outdoor tv on when we were swimming, while obviously being respectful of the neighbors as far as noise levels. The property could use some basic maintenence (ex broken microwave handle, broken ice maker, slightly dirty freezer, tiles falling off of patio support posts out back, etc), but generally speaking it was a great property and we would definitely recommend it! Also, location was great. On a quiet street, but close to everything Scottsdale.
