Walk to all variety of mini golf and arcades. Great historical sight literally a stones throw. Easy access to most sites you’d want to visit. Take the bus to 1st street is about 30 minutes from the depot. 4/pp all day exact fare only so bring cash. Other than that you get the best of both worlds Delaware and Maryland without the constant chaos. Plenty of parking at the beach in the off season otherwise you have to cross the highway for beach access. Bedrooms are spacious enough with a master bath and master bedroom connected to the porch. Two swimming pools with outdoor shower. Great communication with owner. Nice large dining room with kitchen connected to living room. Best suited for a family of 4. Or couples. Big tv. WiFi access. Easy checkout linens included. No handicap access to the third floor but that’s an issue for the building owners.

I booked this property for the weekend of Ocean's Calling. The location was very safe and we felt at home. Hazel was very responsive when I reached out. I would recommend her home to anyone wanting to get away without being in the middle of all the crowds.

Vacation review

Hazel was very easy and attentive to communication. The area was quiet and about 5-7minutes walk from beach. Linen and towels were provided however there are no blankets or comforters so just sheets if you get cold. I was concerned that the neighbors told us they had the code to get into the room for emergencies. The rest of the stay was nice.

Hi Mariah! Thank you for your review. I hope you had a great stay. Please do know that the codes provided to guests are unique and have a time limit. Therefore previous guests and neighbors don't have access to your code. Also, we don't provide linens, towels and blankets as stated in property details. I hope you will stay with us again soon.

Beautiful

The condo was set up beautifully and Very clean. The location is perfect. It's exactly what you need after a long day at the beach, boardwalk or the amusement park. My only take away is that it's on the top floor and there lots of steps to climb. Especially when you're carrying things. If you're physically challenged this isn't the condo for you. Overall, my family and I enjoyed our stay.

Quiet spot for a quick getaway

Location is a little out of the way but perfect for a quiet getaway. Easy acess to everything in OC and surrounding area. Only (minor) issue was a miscommunication about the linens that were available in the unit as different messages said different things about what was onsite. We brought our own so everything was fine, but I think the listing needs to be updated to be clearer about what was (and was not) in the unit. Overall though we were very happy with our stay.

Not as expected. Not comfortable!!!

No linens. Had to bring our own towels and sheets while traveling. No comfortable furniture in the place. None of the beds were worth sleeping on. It was definitely the downside of our trip. We will not consider staying here again!!!
