The Space:
This spacious 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom ranch-style home is the picturesque definition of a rustic modern escape! Conveniently located in the neighborhood of Westbury – known for its quirky traditions such as a yearly rodeo trail ride camp-out – enjoy the community feel of a small town with all the benefits, perks, and attractions of the vibrant Houston city! From the beautiful gallery-style kitchen to the backyard pool oasis with jacuzzi, mi casa es su casa!

Our home caters to both short term and medium term stays, making it an excellent choice for corporate housing needs. Whether you find yourself temporarily displaced from your home or require accomodations for your team during an extended project in our area, we provide a welcoming and comfortable "home away from home" experience.

Recessed lights ensure plenty of light for all your cooking and open shelving provides a cozy touch of home!

‘Rise and shine’ never sounded better from the comforts of these bedrooms! Each bedroom features plush mattresses, fluffy pillows, crisp linens, and an overhead fan to ensure a good nights’ rest. Special thought and care have gone into each room’s décor to ensure a comforting environment – from the artwork, color choices, and plants, we hope it helps you get a good night’s rest!

Free parking is available to all guests in the two-car garage and on the easy circle driveway. If additional space is required, feel free to park on the streets as well.

The laundry room is spacious and fully equipped with a washer and dryer should you need to refresh your clothing during your day. There’s also plenty of storage available here if needed.


Lastly, we must stress that we do NOT allow parties or large unauthorized gatherings of any sort at our property. We are adamant about only welcoming families and groups who are looking to relax and enjoy the beautiful stunning backyard and the amenities the home has to offer.

If you arrive by car, you will be happy to know that we offer a free parking spot if driving is something you would like to avoid during your stay Uber and Lyft are only minutes away 24/7.

★ PET-FRIENDLY STAY ★

Don’t leave your furry friends back home. Take them with you so even they can enjoy a perfect Texas vacation! We allow house-trained pets at a surcharge to cover the cleaning fee. Please let us know in advance, and we will make all necessary arrangements to accommodate your four-legged friends.



★ COVID-19 SANITIZATION ★

Heath, safety, and wellbeing of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough process of cleaning after each check-out.



★ NO PARTIES/LARGE GATHERINGS ★

We hope you use and love our home but must remind you that only registered guests will be allowed over while you are renting our property. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions. If you’re not sure if your stay falls under these restrictions, please consult before booking.



★ ADDITIONAL NIGHTLY RATE FOR 6+ GUESTS ★

Our nightly rate includes the first six guests. With each additional guest, a $29/night fee will be applied.



★ FIREPLACE NOTE ★

Our fireplace is gas operated. Please only use this fireplace if you are familiar with how to use it properly and be aware that you are doing so at your own risk. Please DO NOT leave it unattended at any time. Thank you kindly.



★ SPA NOTE ★

Please note that our spa heating element is inoperable at the moment. We apologize for the inconvenience. (But who really needs any additional heat in our scorching, Texan weather anyways?!)



★ TOWELS NOTE ★

Please note, we offer plenty of body towels for your use but feel free to bring your own pool towels if you'd like.



★ ENTERTAINMENT★

All our smart TVs are equipped with streaming apps like Netflix, Amazon, YouTube. Login info will be provided upon request.



★ NOISE LEVEL MONITORING ★

Please note that in order to be a good neighbor and host responsibly, comply with local noise ordinances and occupancy regulations, and prevent unauthorized parties, we have installed a noise alert device in our home. We can assure you that your privacy is our utmost concern; this device is NOT recording NOR storing sound data. The noise alert only functions to measure decibels and send alerts in case reasonable noise levels are exceeded.
