Welcome to our Luxurious Lake View Home!
Escape to the ultimate getaway at our new luxury lake view home located in a gated community. With a common area next to a private dock and boat slip, you'll have easy access to the lake and all it has to offer. The property is conveniently located just 1-2 miles from town, whether you prefer to travel by land or water. You have the option to rent one side of the 3200 sq ft unit or both (each rented separately, this listing includes one unit).

Our spacious home features two master bedrooms and two bathrooms, providing ample space and privacy for all guests. The large 3rd-floor open loft adds additional sleeping space and a cozy lounge area. There are also two half baths and a wet bar/living space downstairs. Stay entertained with seven flat screen Roku TVs throughout the home, including one in the living room, bedrooms, and even bathrooms.

Enjoy the beautiful outdoors with a private yard, outdoor seating, and a patio area with plenty of comfortable seating and a firepit. Take advantage of the lake access and the shared dock with an assigned boat slip.

The home features a variety of sleeping options, including a king bed and crib in Bedroom 1, a king bed and twin bed in Bedroom 2, and two queen beds, plus two XL twin beds on adjustable bases in Bedroom 3.

Prepare delicious meals in our fully equipped kitchen, complete with a double oven, coffee maker, cooking basics, dishware/flatware, Crockpot, and air fryer.

We understand that your furry friends are part of the family, and we welcome well-behaved dogs at our property. A $175 non-refundable fee for one dog $225 for two is required for bringing your dog. Please note that there is a maximum of two dogs allowed, weighing under 25 lbs each. For the comfort and safety of all guests, dogs must not be allowed on beds and linens, must be crated if unattended, and must be leashed outside the property. Please pick up after your pets immediately and dispose of waste in a tied bag inside the outdoor garbage bin. 2. No smoking is allowed inside the house or on the property. If you need to smoke, please do so outside and dispose of cigarette butts properly.
3. Pets are allowed with prior approval and an additional fee. Please clean up after your pets and keep them off the furniture and beds.
4. Parties and large gatherings are not allowed on the property without prior approval from the host. If you would like to host a party or event, please contact the host to discuss and obtain approval. All parties and events must adhere to the house rules and policies, as well as any additional guidelines provided by the host.
5. Please respect the quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Keep noise levels low during this time to avoid disturbing the neighbors.
6. Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight. Any additional guests must be approved by the owner in advance. Please do not exceed the maximum occupancy without prior approval.
7. Please treat the home and its amenities with care. Any damages or missing items will be the responsibility of the guest.
8. Guests are responsible for keeping the property clean and tidy during their stay. Dispose of trash properly, clean up after yourself, and follow any additional guidelines provided by the host.
9. Please adhere to all local laws and regulations during your stay. Observe all community rules and regulations as well.
10. The owner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur during your stay. Guests are responsible for their own safety and well-being. *If the golf cart is available and you choose to rent it at an additional cost, it is understood that ONLY a licensed driver may operate it under extreme caution, using the parking break and not to exceed 5 mph. You also agree to assume all liability and take full responsibility of any and all damages physically or mechanically. Anyone who violates this rule, anyone driver under the age of 16 operating the golf cart may be asked to leave the premises without any refund and WILL be fined a $1500 a penalty. Damages and fines will be billed and due no more than 20 days of departure. The cart will be inspected for unusual wear and tear and excessive usage. It is a gas cart which has a delay and uses very little gas. Excessive usage is using more than 1/8 of a tank as its purpose it to facilitate transportation to and from the dock with specific purpose to families travelingwith elderly and small children to assist in transporting family and boating supplies. It is a motorized vehicle and should in no way be used as a toy.
11. Please respect the privacy of neighboring properties and refrain from trespassing or causing any disturbances.
12. Any violations of the house rules may result in additional charges, loss of security deposit, and/or eviction from the property.
13. The primary renter must be at least 25 years old to book.

Local Short Term Rental (STR) owner who has called Winchester, TN on Tims Ford home for 50 yrs & resides just minutes from the property for added convenience should you need anything during your stay.
Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?
Lakefront with Dock & on-site overnight boat rentals available. If you have a special request or question about or policies, please ask & we may be able to accommodate you. Please reach out prior to booking to ensure a slip is available that accommodates your watercraft. The 10 slip dock have assigned slips to each of the 5 owners. On occasion, a guest has rented more than one or we have allowed a family member utilize one for a weekend.
Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?
2 masters, each with a king size bed, one large open loft with 4 beds (2 queen/full & 2 xl w adjustable bases) and a queen air mattress. (Sleeps 12 ppl) If more space is needed we have an adjoining property which is listed under a separate listing (separate booking). Please ask about a discounted rate should you want to rent both units, but we have to take into consideration the use of the additional utilities, extra linens usage & additional cleaning time. Please make sure this available prior to booking, since this is an added perk. We wouldnât want to have it occupied with our own family & present a conflict. Three couches, 2 recliners, 2 rockers inside.
