Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. This beautiful lake home is one of it`s kind at Tim`s Ford. The house is nestled in a quiet rural neighborhood with woods in the backyard. The dock is only a small golf cart ride away. Enjoy beautiful lake views at your own private dock! This house is equipped with an amazing home theatre system, game room, hot tub, fire pit, kayaks and plenty more amenities! Tim`s Ford Dam is only one mile away and has a public boat launch for you :). The home theatre is an amazing home theatre projector, not a theatre room.

This is a beautiful quiet neighborhood in rural Winchester that is located on the lake!

Golf Cart Is not available to rent December-February. Golf cart is an additional fee of $89 per night if you would like to use it.

Property has seasonal water. TVA will begin reducing water levels in November and will return to normal levels in Mid-March. During this time the dock will not be accessible with a boat.

This home is not a good fit if you are expecting to do a lot of partying. Our home is in a very quiet rural neighborhood that allows short term rentals but we want to respect our neighbors and our home. Also, a new luxury 6 person golf cart is available for rental to make going back and forth to the dock easy and fun! Our dock is toward the top of a cove so you get beautiful views of the main channel but you can also tie your boat off here since there is not much wake.
This beautiful lake home is in a very nice, quiet, and rural neighborhood so please be respectful to our neighbors and keep the noise down while outside especially after 10:00 or so. :) Also, 4 TOTAL vehicles are allowed in the driveway/garage. Please do not park in the grass or the road. Also, only one vehicle is allowed to parked at the cull de sac where the dock is located. With the lake, dock, stairs and hot tub, clearly, young children MUST BE CLOSELY SUPERVISED AT ALL TIMES for their safety. We have a very friendly neighborhood with an active neighborhood watch. The HOA welcomes renters but bylaws do encourage them to notify owners of inappropriate behavior. Must be 25yrs of age to book the property

Very clean and nice home. Comfortable and had what we needed. Enjoyed the extra option to rent the golf cart! Only issue was the beds don’t have box springs. Definitely would rent again!

Great property that is clean and well maintained. The kitchen is well stocked with all the basics you might need during your stay. Highly recommended adding the golf cart rental to get down to the dock! All of the activities on the dock and at the house kept our crew ranging from 9-50 years old entertained the entire time! We will be back!

Fun place to stay!

Our family, my two sisters and their family’s both stayed here during our family reunion in Tullahoma. We had the best time! The dock was a favorite spot for all ages 80 to 2 yrs old. Definitely recommend the luxury golf cart, it was a great way to get around. The house was perfect for our 3 family’s everyone enjoyed themselves. Thank you! Can’t wait to come back!

Air Force reunion

Well maintained home, excellent for any occasion. We had our retired Air Force reunion here. The rooms are spacious and comfortable.Excellent spot for several nearby tours and sightseeing,we recommend the Jack Daniel’s Distillery. All in all a wonderful time had by all of us. Most definitely do it again. The host was always there for assistance, they even called us just to see if everything was alright . Thank you all for a pleasant experience.

Spring Break at the lake

House is nice. Owners communicate exceptionally well. The location is very quiet. Very remote location which is what we desired. The dock is a pretty good walk from the house. It’s a short golf cart ride and a shorter car ride. We thought the house was on or closer to the water more than it is. Wasn’t a big deal but something to note. The hot-tub is on the small side and the jets don’t push much water. It was fine for three middle school teens but it’s not your typical hot-tub. Again, just something to keep in mind. The sound system on the main TV is great. Internet speed is solid too. Kitchen had all we needed to cook meals. We enjoyed our short time here and appreciate the owners.

Great house, close to the lake with great dock

We booked this trip for 6 people (all adults). The house has a great setup to comfortably accommodate and keep everyone entertained. Foosball and ping-pong tables are an awesome addition. The lake is only a 1 minute drive from the house and the dock is awesome. If you want a great place to stay and unplug at, check this place out.

Exactly as Described

A great house to join together with my family from out of state. The house was. Clean and as described, well stocked and comfortable. The weather wasn’t great - but if it was, u easily could have seen us staying by the dock all day kayaking and using the SUP’s. Derrick communicated well. Definitely rent the golf cart. Also, the house itself is pretty quiet- the sound doesn’t travel room to room - which was nice with multiple families.

Labor Day Weekend

Our family had a great stay. The teens especially love the game room/ bunk room in the evenings, after a long day on the water. The dock was so much fun for the teens and a great place to relax for the adults. The golf cart is a must to zip back and forth from the house to the dock. We would definitely stay here again

Perfect For Any Occasion

This beautiful new home was a perfect stay for us. It was clean, the property owners were very easy to get a hold of and it was overall just a blast being here. The dock is amazing and we spent a lot of our time there. Would 10/10 recommend this place!

Absolutely Gorgeous Lake House

This house is amazing with a well-equipped kitchen, very short distance to the lake and room enough for plenty of friends and family. We had 10 people and were never crowded. Beautiful decorating and the management/owners think of everything from laundry detergent to towels for the hot tub and lake. The lake- the dock was amazing as we spent 7 hours floating and catching a tan. Couldn’t recommend this house/dock combo any more. Be sure and rent the golf cart too!

Dock Made the Trip

We had a boat so we knew we wanted to have the ability to park it somewhere but we weren’t expecting such a nice dock. Double decker, has shade, plenty of places for people to sit. We ended up spending most of one day just enjoying swimming and chilling at this amazing set up. Communication with the host is so easy and quick. Highly recommend this place to enjoy the lake

Amazing Week!

Had the week of a lifetime and made lifelong memories with family and friends. Dock was phenomenal, golf cart is a must and helps so much bringing everyone and everything to the dock. Home was super cozy, and plenty of room to sleep 9. Deer outside every day was great as well! Highly recommended to anyone looking to spend time at Tim’s Ford. Cove was quiet and safe as well. Loved every minute. We will be back!
