RÉDUCTION DES PRIX D'AUTOMNE! Lakeview Landing est situé dans le village privé et fermé de Twin Creeks situé à 1,6 km du centre-ville historique de Winchester TN. Nous avons certaines des meilleures vues sur le pittoresque lac Tims Ford. Profitez de la vue sur Monteagle et le lac Tims Ford depuis notre maison. Lakeview Landing est bien aménagé avec une literie de luxe dans les trois chambres du rez-de-chaussée. Le maître a un lit king size avec vue sur le lac et une salle de bain privée avec double vasque, baignoire et douche. Les chambres deux et trois ont des lits queen-size de luxe et partagent une salle de bain avec une seule vanité et une combinaison douche / baignoire. Les trois chambres au rez-de-chaussée ont des téléviseurs prêts pour Internet. L'espace de rassemblement principal sera sûrement le porche blindé massif avec une télévision intelligente avec de nombreux sièges tout en profitant de la belle vue sur le lac paisible. Nous avons récemment ajouté un immense patio pour profiter de la vue sur le lac. L'étage a un canapé-lit gigogne queen avec matelas en mousse à mémoire et une demi-baignoire. Profitez des jeux et de la lecture ou tout simplement vous détendre avec la vue imprenable sur le magnifique lac Tims Ford. La zone de rassemblement au rez-de-chaussée comprend un canapé en cuir et une causeuse donnant sur le lac. Profitez de votre soirée relaxante en regardant la télévision ou détendez-vous au coin du feu. La cuisine est bien aménagée, si vous choisissez de cuisiner. La buanderie est entièrement fonctionnelle si vous choisissez de rafraîchir vos vêtements avant votre départ. Profitez de notre maison comme si c'était la vôtre!

Les activités sont nombreuses autour de Winchester! Profitez d'une journée commémorative sur le lac. Prenez la voiture de golf jusqu'à Twin Creeks Marina & Resort pour louer un bateau, aller à la pêche, faire du tubing ou du ski. Rendez-vous 25 minutes sur la route de la distillerie historique Jack Daniels pour une visite et une dégustation. Dirigez-vous 20 minutes vers le sud pour vous atterrir à l'Université du Sud. Promenez-vous au sommet du monde à Sewanee. Admirez la vallée en faisant une promenade autour de la Croix du souvenir de guerre. Jouez au meilleur golf de votre vie sur The Course at Sewanee ou sur le Bear Trace (un parcours Jack Nicklaus). Beautiful, relaxing weekend

What a wonderful home and neighborhood! Everyone we met was friendly and welcoming. We had a great weekend and hope to call Winchester home one day.

Great place to stay

This was our second time back, we love booking this place while attending our family reunion at the marina. The home is set up well for families. Big comfy beds and nice bedrooms and ample bathrooms. The loft is a nice unexpected place to hang out. We love the screened in porch and being across from the lake. Nicely equipped kitchen. Very comfortable!

Great comfort. We loved hanging out in the screened porch. We enjoyed watching movies upstairs. 😊

We loved our stay at this place. The home is so comfortable and close to downtown with some yummy restaurants. There are also nearby hiking trails and looking and walking by the lake is good for the soul. The management folks are awesome and took care of us. We were really blessed. Only thing I ask, since my daughter and I are hardcore tea drinkers is a few more microwaveable mugs. 😊💜

Great Friend Getaway

This property was a great place for 5 friends to stay. We were very comfortable with the accommodations. It felt like being at home. We especially enjoyed the screened in back porch where we had morning coffee with a wonderful lake view. Unfortunately, we were not able to used the golf cart since it seated only 4. The Marina restaurant that was close by provided good food and entertainment for Friday night. FILOs in Winchester was excellent for lunch the following day. The property manager was very attentive. Highly recommend this property.

Disappointed

I don't like leaving bad reviews but i feel like this should be shared. The letter we sent to the owner and no response... I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to bring to your attention several urgent maintenance issues we encountered upon our stay at your property, which have significantly impacted our stay. Firstly, the golf cart provided was inoperable upon our arrival but as you know my husband fixed it and the person that was suppose to check it never showed up. Additionally, the outdoor furniture was unusable without makeshift repairs on our part. In the master bedroom, we found the bed frame to be unstable and the queen room's bed frame was bent and not functional, necessitating an emergency replacement on our end. We also had to secure several loose doorknobs throughout the house to ensure basic functionality and safety. The master bathroom presented further challenges, with a hanging towel rack and detached trim pieces from the vanity. We also discovered that the water supply to the upstairs toilet was turned off, which we rectified, but the handle still requires adjustment. More concerning, we found a half smoked joint in the kitchen cabinet and personal items such as dirty underwear in the master bedroom chair, and dirty laundry in the dresser, which raises questions about the place. Lastly, we experienced a pipe burst which led to flooding. We managed to contain and fix the issue temporarily but still left us without water so we weren’t

Beautiful Lake view property!

We rented this home as part of a family reunion trip and this was a first time visit to Twin Creeks. The home was perfect, the view was fabulous (and relaxing), the amenities were convenient and ample. Our favorite room was the back porch which overlooked the lake and had plenty of room for everyone to sit and visit after dinner. We like to cook and the kitchen was very well appointed with a large dining table and plenty of counter space for multiple "chefs". One of the great things about this house is the availability of multiple spaces. The upstairs for kids, porch and downstairs for visiting, multiple TV's for different tastes made it simple to keep everyone happy. We loved the special little touches in bathrooms with soaps, toiletries etc. as well as ample beach towels and water float. This house is an easy walk to the pool (which we enjoyed several times) or marina, but having the golf cart was an extra special surprise and made going back and forth to visit the marina other family much easier and faster. (Don't miss the Marina on a Friday or Saturday night). The house was very nicely decorated, clean, roomy and provided everything you would need for a long or short stay. I have been in other VRBO's that do not have half the things this house had. It is absolutely a home away from home, not your typical rental place. Our family had a fabulous time, we look forward to doing this again next year, and if available will be renting this home again. Thank you Chas and Angela for this lovely home, beautiful view (loved the lake facing Adirondack chairs with pillows) and genuine hospitality.

Nice home!

Cozy property close to restaurants and stores. Great neighborhood. Would be great to stay in summer. Overall the home was clean except for minor items that were overlooked making you wonder. Examples.. items left in washer, empty juice box under bed, coffee grounds left in coffee maker, keurig cup left in machine.

Thought of Everything!

We went with another couple for a relaxing getaway and thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely home! We commented many times during our stay about how nicely done everything was and how you thought of everything! The house was perfectly equipped - everything from the kitchen to the 3 cozy living areas, the screened porch, the fire pit with the lake view, golf cart, great Wi-Fi, easy access to streaming, tv's everywhere, and cozy throw blankets! Great house and location

We visited in the "off season" for the lake as we went to the Beechcraft Heritage Museum Fly-in in Tullahoma. It was a great place to stay and I can see where the summer would be even more amazing. The screened in porch and extra outdoor seating were fabulous with the fall temp's. Very safe community as well with the gated entrance and our young children loved all of the golf carts. We hope to visit again!

Perfect Long Weekend Getaway

This home is perfect! Everything from the location to the layout to all of the amenities. The screened in porch is perfect for relaxing and taking in the view. We enjoyed being able to take the golf cart to the Marina. We had booked, had to cancel and we’re fortunate to be able to rebook. Benjamin was very easy to work with. Amazing House with the Perfect Location

We absolutely loved our stay. This house has it all. We spent countless hours on the screened porch and also the unscreened porch was great for watching the fireflies at dusk. We made use of the golf cart to drive down to the marina and also cruise around the area. I’d highly recommend anyone looking for a nice lake retreat to stay here! Owners were great with communicating and even though we didn’t need them they were available our entire stay.

Nice quiet getaway

We stayed her in between baseball tournaments and hand a great time. The house had everything we needed. The games upstairs were fun, but of course my kids loved the golf cart. We spent time out back hitting/throwing baseballs and chasing lightning bugs. We rented a boat with a slide and spent a day on the lake. We also went to The Caverns for a cool tour. The house needs a few maintenance repairs, but overall very nice. We would rent again if passing through.

Lakeside Retreat

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this modern Twin Creek property. It was a short drive to the full service marina where we rented a pontoon boat for a relaxing day on the lake.

Perfect stay and a lovely home!

This home was just perfect for our family, and was the favorite part of our vacation! Great location to Twin Creeks Marina. We gathered at the marina for a family reunion, and it was nice to have a home where some of the family could come and visit out on the screened-in porch with Lake view! We grilled out with grill provided and had such a wonderful time. We rented a pontoon boat and had a great day on the lake. We had our small dog with us and this worked out so well. Would definitely stay here again!

I would definitely book this place again the next time I am in the area.

This is a great place to stay. The house was perfect size for 6 adults and 1 child. The neighborhood is in a gated community. The lake house is the perfect place to vacation! I would definitely try to stay there again if I am ever in the area.
