The Space:
Disclaimer: August 1st to Oct 31st, the backyard will be under construction as we install a brand new heated swimming pool!! We are so excited to bring you this amenity. Please be aware of this if you plan to travel during those dates.
The Skinny: This 3 bedroom home is situated just 1.5 blocks from the sand, literally steps from the beach boardwalk which allows you within moments to access the sand and water! Amazing morning sun is available in gobs on the front and back patios and backyard. Enjoy your coffee in the shade or a drink in the sun! 3 lounge chairs are perfect for sunning, our propane BBQ is set up right off the kitchen back door and we have a kids size bean bag toss for backyard fun! A local artist, Kelly King, painted a one-of-a-kind social worthy mural on the back of the house for all to enjoy!
The Proximity: Steps to the beach, blocks to prime St. Augustine Beach's attractions, mini golf around the corner! A 15 minute drive to historic downtown St. Augustine to enjoy our town's European beauty + history, or drive 45 minutes north to Ponte Vedra for amazing golfing, shopping and dining! A 25 minute drive south takes you down to Marineland, Matanzas Inlet and Palm Coast.
The Space: The home sleeps 6 in 1 King and 2 Queens. The kitchen is equipped to service 6 people and cook together for a great night in! The TV in the living room has cable and the rest of the TVs in the house are Smart TVs, so simply login to your Netflix, Hulu or HBO account to enjoy your favorite movies and shows. You can access Live TV with channels via the TV main menu.
Amenities: Tropical backyard, fully fenced for pet security. Some beach gear is included - beach towels, 4 chairs and an umbrella. Laundry machines. Kid's size bean bag toss. 3 lounge chairs. Propane BBQ. Locally sourced artist's mural. Outdoor shower and propane BBQ and small wood burning fire pit. Cable in living room, other TV's have Roku with Netflix, Hulu, etc.
The Layout - This home has a solid 3/2 layout:
1st Floor Bedroom: Queen bed and en suite bathroom with walk in shower.
2nd Floor Master Bedroom: King bed with en suite bathroom with shower/tub combo. Also shared with Queen bedroom.
2nd Floor Guest Bedroom: Queen bed and shares en suite bathroom with Master bedroom.
Open Living: The kitchen is situated adjacent to the living and dining area so everyone can be together whether lounging, dining or cooking! We outfit the kitchen with one roll of paper towels, a few starter trash bags and dishwasher pods for your first couple of days.
Parking: There is a double car driveway that can accommodate up to 3 cars + 1 spot in the garage. Street parking is illegal so please plan to park in our driveway. There is no other parking provided.
Laundry: We offer a laundry room with washer and dryer, starter laundry pods + dryer sheets, iron and ironing board and some basic cleaning supplies for your convenience.
Historic Downtown St. Augustine: Just a 15 minute drive south is historic downtown St. Augustine! Take a tour, enjoy the rich Spanish history, the architecture, the food and craft cocktails and all that our pleasant waterfront town has to offer. Beachside Fun in the Sun: Our beaches are unparalleled! We really know how to enjoy what nature has blessed us with here in our quaint little St. Augustine. This home is situated very nearby a beach access walkover on F Street across A1A! We are steps away! You can also drive to one of the public beach accesses on St. Augustine Beach or Crescent Beach to park and walk on.
Turn It Up: Want to live on the edge? There are a couple of rental shops nearby where you can rent surfboards, paddle boards, snorkeling gear, you name it! Deep sea fishing charters and boat rentals are also available in multiple places throughout town. Delivery bike rentals available via a local company. Contact me for recommendations.
*SECURITY DEPOSIT: In lieu of a traditional security deposit charge or authorization hold for a large sum, we will instead charge a one-time non-refundable incidentals fee to your stay of $99. This fee acts as insurance for minor damages and covers you up to a max of $1000 of damage. You may elect to increase your incidentals fee for more coverage ($99 for $1000, $149 for $1500, $199 for $2000 and so on and so forth). *IMPORTANT: Guests must report to us any damage that has taken place during their stay before checkout, otherwise the incidental fee coverage is null and void. In this case, we reserve the right to charge the full amount of repairing or replacing the damaged items to you. Your insurance coverage amount ($500, $1000, $1500, etc) is not the max that you are responsible for. If damages exist beyond your coverage amount we will document this with photos and professional estimates of repair, and bill you for the repairs or replacements.
Guest Access:
Entire space is included in this rental. Please, make yourself at home. Please be sure to abide by parking rules notated in the above section.

The Neighborhood:
The house is walkable to a ton of my favorite places at the beach!
Food: Try Sunset Grille, Stir It Up, and Salt Life, Beachcomber and Mango Mangos for a bite to eat.
Bars: Jacks BBQ, Salt Life and the bar at the Embassy Suites are all great picks!
Fun: Go mini golfing just south of F Street. Just a 20 minute walk up A1A is the pier where you can park and go fishing or enjoy the weekly Wednesday farmers market from 9am-12pm.
Coffee: The Kookaburra coffee shop is just north on 4th St, and is a local favorite.
Getting Around:
We recommend renting a car for your stay. If you prefer to travel by bicycle or would just like to rent them for fun, check out Drifters for drop off/pick up bike rentals.
Other Things to Note:
Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.
NOISE LEVELS: We ask you to be considerate by keeping noise levels down and observing quiet time per St. Johns County ordinance, no outdoor noise is allowed past 10pm.
**Airbnb Guests: Airbnb does not automatically include pet fees (due to an integration gap with our software we have to add pet fees to your confirmed reservation manually), please reach out if you plan to bring your dog!**
Interaction with Guests:
I am here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. I'm only a phone call/message away. You will be able to self checkin upon arrival.
