Beachside magnificent ocean view family estate home with private pool. Steps to the beach with no streets to cross. Newly updated and furnished with casual elegance. Ocean view Great Room, with fireplace and dining area with seating for 12. Lots of lights, high ceilings, and plenty of space for movies and gatherings.
Opens to a huge game room with professional ping pong table, foosball, and other games. Large west-facing deck for sun. Large ocean-facing deck on the second floor ideal for outdoor picnics.
Open floor plan Chefâs Kitchen with large island with seating for seven. High-end appliances including Thermador Cooktop, Subzero fridge, double oven, 2 Bosch dishwashers, and wine cooler.
First floor air-conditioned cabana room. Love seat, card table, TV, right off the screened in patio room with seating for 10.
This 4,274 square foot beach home includes 4 bedrooms with en suites, plus an additional 3,400 feet of outdoor patios, decks, and balconies, including two ocean view rooftop decks. Large private pool (can be heated) for your enjoyment. Comfortably sleeps up to 11 with choices.
1,000 sq. ft. master king suite on the 3rd floor has panoramic ocean views throughout. Large jacuzzi spa, double vanities and lots of space.
2nd floor king en suite has a double head shower.
1st floor King en suite with private covered patio.
1st floor Suite with queen bed, twin bunk beds, and extra long twin bed.
There are Smart TVs in all bedrooms, plus the living room, plus the game room, plus the gathering area going out to the gazebo on the first floor. All with Roku and YouTube TV.
Onsite parking for up to three vehicles. Eleven people maximum overnight.
Getting to the beach is a breeze. It`s only 150 yards from the house to the sand, all on a quiet residential street - no roads or traffic to deal with!
Pool and beach towels are provided, along with folding beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and a beach wagon for easy transport to and from the beach.
Visiting during Christmas time? We decorate the property with lights and a beautiful, tropical themed Christmas tree in the Great Room!

Walking distance to numerous highly-rated restaurants, and only 5 miles to the shops and museums in historic downtown St. Augustine. Less than one mile to Publix.
Pet-friendly for one dog up to 35-pounds. Pet fee is $150. Must be pre-approved at time of booking. No dangerous breeds and must be up to date on all shots. Pets are not allowed in the pool. Pets cannot be left alone in the fenced pool area. The pool area has artificial turf, so pets should be walked in the real grass in the yard to do their business. Guests must immediately pick up after their pet and keep them on a leash.
There is a maximum of 11 persons and 3 vehicles allowed at the property. No parties, events, or gatherings (including bachelor and bachelorette get-togethers). Only the number of guests listed on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight. Note that the base rate is for up to 8 people. For guests 9 thru 11, there is an additional charge of $45 per person per night, with a total overnight maximum occupancy of 11 people. There is a strict limit of 11 people allowed at the property at any given time.
Electric cars, e-bikes, e-scooters, and items with similar batteries are not permitted to be plugged in at the property. Batteries for e-bikes and skateboards are not allowed to be inside the home or garage due to insurance regulations.
Deposit & Cancellation Policy: A 50% deposit is charged at the time of booking, with the remaining balance being automatically charged 60 days prior to arrival. Our cancellation policy is 60 days prior to arrival for a full refund. Inside 60 days, the reservation is non-refundable. There is a separate $1,000 refundable security deposit, which is charged 3 days prior to arrival, and refunded 3 days after departure (as long as there was no damage or excessive cleaning required).
