Great location, the beach was a very short walk. Property was clean with everything you need for a stay. Plenty of restaurants and shopping close. I highly recommend this property.

Wonderful wonderful wonderful!!! This property was located in the beach with a very easy and close public beach access boardwalk. The location was perfect, quiet, and so close to many shops and restaurants. My husband, my dogs and myself were very comfortable and had a wonderful time. The home was clean, and provided various amenities like a dish washer, dishes to use, a washer/dryer, towels, beach chairs, and more! We won’t be staying anywhere else for vacation again! And thank you to the host for promptly fixing the dead back door battery lock, and accommodating our dogs so they could be on vacation too :)

The cottage was charming and perfect for what we wanted/needed for a little getaway to the beach. The host was quick to respond and super friendly and helpful. We will definitely be coming back when we need our beach fix!

St. Augustine Beach

The house is very cute and a perfect distance to the beach! Our kids enjoyed chasing the geckos and competing to see who could touch one first. There are many restaurants and shops within walking distance. The house is a bit dated, and there are some things we mentioned to the property manager that needed to be repaired. The property manager is very quick to respond to messages and follow up! We enjoyed our stay!

Perfect location

Awesome property and amazing location. We were steps from the beach. My son and granddaughter enjoyed visiting with us and spending time on the beach as well as on the back deck star gazing.Property owners were always pleasant to communicate with and very prompt with responses.

Great location with plenty of nearby eateries and shopping—everything was super convenient! The house itself is a bit dated, but most of the appliances are modern and worked well. The area is very dog-friendly, which maybe a plus for someone. Overall, we had a great stay and would highly recommend it!

Headed back, you can see the roof of the house next door from the walk back.

Location amazing!

Mother and son get away for Mother's Day week. House location is amazing, and the size of house is perfect for 2 (or small family/1 bathroom). We would stay here again! Could not find an outlet in bathroom, older home with outdated electric throughout, smart stove could not figure out (pans there that would not work, had to call owner), outdoor furniture is older, full sun, an umbrella would have been amazing on deck for those that want less sun. These are minor call outs, but the house is nicely decorated, older with charm, beach towels, etc. available, and again the location is unbelievable being on the beach and so close to great spots to eat and shop. We would not look to stay somewhere else if we returned - we would book there!

Great Stay

Great rental. House is clean, kitchen is clean and has everything you need. A/C works well. Electronics are great with great WiFi even on the deck. The beach is right there! Within walking distance of many restaurants.

Beautiful beach cottage

This cottage is the perfect beach cottage. It is in a wonderful area. JP was a great host and was quick to respond to any questions we had. The beds were comfy and the living space was generous for our family of three. The lot is large for being on the beach and our child loved running around playing. The kitchen has newer appliances and was well stocked with cookware and diningware. We would 100% stay again. We started looking at dates before we even left.

Location, Location, Location!

This is about as close to the beach as one can get. The house is somewhat dated, but functional and comfortable enough. The host was very responsive, getting back to us in a matter of minutes when we reached out to him with questions.

The property was a comfortable place to spend time just relaxing. Just steps to the beach and restaurants. The only discrepancy would be the VRBO description states "Dishwasher" and there is not one available. Also, there are a large selection of pots and pans, but only 3 that worked on the convection stovetop. but being that there was just 2 of us it all worked out fine.

Perfect for the two of us and our small dogs

Very nice clean house. Nicely furnished. Nicely furnished deck. Washing machine/dryer. Basics like laundry detergent, dish soap, paper towels, etc provided. Responsive host. Great location. Easy walk to yummy restaurants. 5 minute drive to grocery store. Quiet street.

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful little cottage right by the ocean. Hopefully this review will actually go through as I've tried submitting to VRBO twice already. Communication with the owner was outstanding. We are looking forward to coming back.

Superb location, unhelpful hosts and cittahebis quite tired

The location was amazing for us. You could walk straight onto the beach and to restaurants etc. The cottage is tired and lacks usable storage space as the small wardrobes are crammed with bedding and other bits. The air con is in a cupboard in the lounge and backs onto the bedrooms and is really noisy. We lost power from hurricane Helene and thats when the issues with the host started. She replied at first and said she hopes it would come back on. We were tracking it and there was no way it was going to be on that day, they said it could be 2-4 days. When we asked the hosts about refunding our unused night so we could move as we needed power all communication stopped. They didn’t even answer to VRBO and haven’t contacted us since. VRBO were great to be fair and refunded the remainder of the booking and said they would take it up with the now absent host. We weren’t being prissy about the electric. Once it was off the house internals were up at over 85 degrees with no air con, no hot water and no fridge or means to cook. The BBQ was rusty and filthy and the kettle was rusty to. We gave our food to the man a few doors down who was also renting but his host made sure he had a generator and was in constant touch. Ours was literally missing once a refund was asked about. I’d never treat people like they treated us hence the 1 star.!

Wonderful property

Loved it, loved the house decor, very clean, had everything we needed , enjoyed the beach and watching the surfers. The back deck was awesome, the whole house was very comfy. I would rent again!

Perfect Beach R&R Getaway

The property was so very charming and the location could not be beat! It was quiet and peaceful. The bed and bath were very comfortable and clean. It was a remarkable stay. We'll be sure to return here, especially since there was no issue with our pups being with us.
