Our family loves this place. We stayed here some 8 years ago before the remodel. The new bathrooms are beautiful. Comfortable beds and great linens provided throughout. Great location , and a wonderful feel through the whole house. We’ll try to make it a regular summer thing now. Great stay!

This house is precious with many updates that make it extremely comfortable and very well appointed. JP was a responsive, accommodating, and helpful host and the location was absolutely perfect for our family. We will definitely select JP's home in the future when we are able to return to St Augustine Beach.

The home is in the perfect location! Easy walk to the beach, quick walk/drive anywhere else. The home was very clean! It was stocked with any and all things you may need! The rooms are beautiful. The ability to wash and store your stuff at the back door with water hose and outdoor shower was perfect and very helpful. The back deck has perfect seating and tanning places. We felt safe and there was not a lot of traffic in front of the home. Quiet area! No noise. The view is of the sand dune, but the sunrise coming over was beautiful. There are trash cans on site and a washer and dryer which is a life saver for a big family. The door system was easy to use and convenient. We used a delivery service and they had no problem locating us. We will definitely be back and plan to make this our yearly destination.

We have stayed here several times and love it. JP continues to upgrade all the time. Perfect for our young daughter being so close to the beach. Highly recommend! JP is also always available to take a call and communicates great.

There were pros and cons to be fair.Pros: Easy access to surrounding points on interest 3 nicely remodeled bathrooms Good AC Cons: Floors were dirty on arrival Deck had wasp surrounding, so you couldn’t use it for long. Walk to the shoreline was long. My mom was unable to enjoy the beach. A lot of potential to the home but if you have family with any health issues that limit mobility I would reconsider.

We had a wonderful week at this house. The house was very clean. Furniture is in good shape. Kitchen has new appliances. The yard is beautiful, our dogs certainly enjoyed the grass. The new deck is wonderful to hang out on. The outdoor shower is a great addition as well. A good internet connection is available with a high def TV to enjoy. Access to the beach is another plus. We are looking forward to the new addition at our next stay.

My husband and I had the best week at this house! Our dog too! The home is beautiful and clean and has everything you need from toiletries, cleaning supplies and beach gear. Although you can’t see the ocean because of the dunes, the boardwalk is right next to the property and has super easy access to the beach just steps away. The area is also perfect because there are so many restaurants and shops near by. We will definitely be back!

The home sits at the end of a quiet side street right at the cusp of the ocean. A short walk over the new boardwalk and dunes takes you to some of the most stunning beaches you've ever set eyes on. Laidback and welcoming surf town vibes abound on A1A Beach Boulevard that runs parallel to the beach and near the home. All within short walking distance, you'll find oceanfront come in flip flops and bring your dog outdoor dining (Beachcomber), delicious coffee and treats (Kookaburra), island vibe dinner and drinks (Sunset Grille and many others), and surf shops, diners, and more that give this beach community an authentic feel you're never going to want to leave.

Downtown Saint Augustine, famously known as the oldest continuously occupied settlement of European and African-American origin in the United States (1565), is full of charm, history, adventure, and nightlife. It is a 10-15 minute drive away and a can't-miss as part of your stay.
