Sleeping arrangements
Designed for up to 12 guests, this home features 5 bedrooms and 7 beds across two levels. The first floor includes a bunk room with two twin-over-full beds and a guest room with two double beds. Upstairs, an ocean-facing master suite features a king bed and private balcony, another king suite overlooks Castle Ott, and a queen bedroom completes the layout. Each room offers soft linens, natural light, and comfortable storage options.

Indoor spaces
Spanning 3,600 square feet, the interior is designed for ease and relaxation. The first-floor game room includes a 75" HDTV with Roku, foosball table, Denon sound system, color-changing LED lighting, and a full-size refrigerator. Wi-Fi, washer, dryer, central air conditioning, ceiling fans, and heating ensure comfort year-round.

Kitchen & dining
The full kitchen includes stainless steel appliances such as an electric stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster. Guests can prepare meals together and gather at the dining table or enjoy poolside dining outdoors.

Outdoor living
The wraparound balcony offers sweeping views of the beach, ocean, and pool. A private pool awaits below, with heating available upon advance request for an additional fee of $40 per day. Beach essentials are provided, and four vehicles can park freely on the premises.

Amenities
Guests will find essentials including towels, bed linens, soap, and toilet paper, as well as safety features like smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit.
