Welcome to our beautiful private one bedroom apartment just outside of downtown Kalamazoo. Our recently renovated apartment is the perfect place for both work and pleasure.
Located on the edge of the historic district, this neighborhood offers a charming and convenient location with access to local eateries and nightlife. We highly recommend checking out some of the amazing restaurants and breweries in the area, including the famous Bell's Brewery and Old Dog Tavern- a great spot to catch some local talent.
The unit is completely private, so you will have it all to yourself. Our apartment also features onsite coin operated laundry on the main level for your convenience. In addition to the vibrant local scene, you will also have endless opportunities for entertainment with sporting events, concerts, wine tastings, and more. And if you need to get around, Kalamazoo Metro Transit is available nearby, as well as Lyft, Uber, and local taxis for longer distances. We want to make sure your stay is as comfortable as possible, so we offer a roll out bed upon request before your check-in.
Please note, there is a non-refundable 4% processing fee charged by the processing company, regardless of your cancellation timing.

No Parties or Events: We kindly ask that you refrain from hosting parties or loud gatherings that may disturb our neighbors.
Quiet Hours: Please be considerate of other guests and neighbors by observing quiet hours from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No Pets: While we love furry friends, we have a strict no-pet policy to accommodate guests with allergies.
Guest Limit: The maximum number of guests allowed is as stated in the booking details. Please do not exceed this limit without prior approval.
Respect Check-in/Check-out Times: Check-in is at 3PM and check-out is at 11AM. We appreciate your cooperation in adhering to these times to allow for proper cleaning and preparation for the next guests.
Keep the Property Tidy: Please leave the property in the same condition as you found it. Dispose of trash, load dirty dishes into the dishwasher and collect all dirty/used linens and towels on the bathroom floor.
Lock Doors and Windows: For your safety and security, please ensure all doors and windows are securely locked when you leave the property.
Report Damages or Issues: If you notice any damages or issues during your stay, please inform us immediately so that we can address them promptly.
No Illegal Activities: Any illegal activities on the property are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of the booking without a refund.
Respect the Neighbors: Be mindful of our neighbors' privacy and refrain from making excessive noise or engaging in disruptive behavior.
Use Appliances Safely: Please use all appliances and amenities responsibly and follow any provided instructions.
Parking: Please use the designated Select Stay parking spots, make sure your vehicle is parked inside the lines, and avoid blocking driveways or other vehicles.
