It was a cute little place with good accommodations! Easy check in process and this place had just about all the seasonings i needed to cook with! Nice wine bottle left for us for a birthday we were celebrating too!

Kalamazoo trip

A group of us came for a church conference. The house did its job and offered us a spot to stay, and the beds were comfortable. However, we were hoping for a little bit more.

Cute and cozy

We really enjoyed our stay. The home is older but super cute and cozy. Any where we needed to go was no more than 15 minutes away. Loved the welcome gift and the host was quick to respond with any wuestions we had.

Nice little bungalow in Kalamazoo

Cute cozy little house. Easy directions. Enjoyed sitting on the front porch in the morning. Surprise fire pit in the backyard. Although we did not use. Nice stay.

This place just didn’t do it for us. The pictures make it appear much cleaner than it actually is. The floors were filthy, black mold in the corner of bathroom, the shower curtain was disgusting and cobwebs throughout. We did not use the kitchen at all so I can’t speak to the amenities there, but even the fridge was not the cleanest. The beds were comfortable enough. The house was conveniently located and the host responded quickly, but I would not recommend or stay here again.

Enjoyable

Overall loved the property! The bathroom shades didn’t let all the way down and the upstairs stairs are scary the space was clean and about 12 minutes from where I needed to be so that was fine. I would recommend staying here to anyone that inquired.

Perfect spot for our son’s graduation. Everything we did was in minutes off the property. And if you live with well water like I do , the shower was spa like!

Great stay!

I loved the ease of parking and checking in for the house. The neighborhood is okay, I just thought it was closer to the downtown area! The hosts are so kind and very responsive! The house is so adorable and perfect for a group of friends staying for the weekend! It was nice to have so much in the kitchen to use and it was also so cute. Only thing I would ask is that the back door window would be coverable at night! I feel safer when windows are covered at night, especially for a group of girls. I loved this stay!!

Good place

Unfortunately I did not get to stay as I was sent out to another location within hours of my checkin. I literally took a shower and relaxed a bit, had dinner with my boss and was on the road once I went back to get my suitcase. :(

I wish they took a bit better care of the property

Although things were clean, various maintenance and half finished projects were present throughout the house. A patching of a wall here or there would make it feel it a bit more of welcoming stay. The furnace failed to produce heat because the furnace filter hadn't been changed in a very long time. I elected to change this myself to help the situation in the late evening. I wish them luck in finishing their project, I won't be staying again.

I was in town for a work trip with another member of our team. The property manager was very accommodating to get us in after I waited to long to get a property booked in fear of the customer shutdown being delayed

It all worked out well

Check-in process went well & everything was clean. The steps to the upstairs large bedroom are VERY steep, so beware. The checkout time listed on the VRBO rental was 11am & it was also listed as 11am in the welcome book. But, received a reminder message from property manager with checkout instructions & that our checkout time was 10am. It all worked out well, but it was a little confusing after an evening concert & getting back to the property late.

Okay for the price

It was a very outdated house. I recommend adding a tv to the downstairs bedroom and adding a bigger extension cord by the bed so you can plug your phone in. Otherwise, a good stay.

Lovely space!

Loved staying in this cute little home. Really appreciated the black out curtains and the comfortable beds. My only suggestion would be to add another comfortable chair in the living room because the living room is such a great space for conversation. Thanks for sharing your space! I enjoyed my stay!
