Welcome to the Blue Ridge Mountains! This single-story, new construction cabin in the woods is ready to host your holiday so you can forget your cares. Despite the secluded atmosphere, the home is situated inside the Coosawattee River Resort Community.

Sip your morning coffee while you marvel at the towering trees from a classic rocking chair on the covered front porch portion of the large wraparound deck. Keep watch for the deer that usually visit daily! There's plenty of space for your group to find some privacy on the terrace, or you can gather together in the barbecue area. Host an intimate cookout using the private gas grill and dine alfresco at the outdoor table for six. The screened-in back porch is an ideal spot for a glass of wine and a chat with your friends on breezy summer days. If there's a chill in the air or you're just looking for some ambience, gather around the firepit and take in the forested setting.

The home's beautiful open-concept interior features a living area with a wood-paneled vaulted ceiling and a stone gas fireplace perfect for when you want to set the sofas to recline and cuddle up with a blanket. The bright, country decor sets the tone throughout the house. Prepare home-cooked meals for your friends and family in the full kitchen; the central AC will keep you cool. Conveniently, there's also a private washer/dryer so you can pack light and high-speed Fiber internet for uninterrupted video calls.

When you're ready to explore the great outdoors, you'll be less than 30 miles from Amicalola Falls State Parks and less than eight from the famous Georgia Apple Festival. You can still visit local apple orchards like Red Apple Barn if you're visiting another time. Shopping enthusiasts should note they will be less than ten miles from downtown Ellijay and only about 25 miles to downtown Blue Ridge.

THINGS TO KNOW
This unit will have two RFID cards that allow four guests per card to access resort amenities. These cards are located in the welcome book. If you arrive and the cards are not present, please let us know. Lost or stolen cards will warrant a $59 fee per card. Guests must register 48 hours before arrival or they will not be granted access to the resort.
This vacation rental has a gated entrance.
A dog bed, dog bowls, board games, and children's toys are available for guest use.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
