That being said the penthouse two sofa sleepers, a door for privacy, escape windows, and smoke and carbon detectors. We are working with an engineer and the county to expand the septic system to legally call the "penthouse" a bedroom again.

No weddings, receptions, or other types of functions are permitted on property, per very strictly enforced zoning rules.

This home does NOT have Air Conditioning. Most homes in Breckenridge (especially above 10,000ft) have heated floors and A/C is not possible. We regularly have temperature drops down into the 40s at night (even in the summer) at this high of altitude with no humidity. Provided you open the windows during the day, and close them at night this home will be comfortable all summer long.
