Most homes in Breckenridge (especially above 10,000ft) have heated floors and A/C is not possible. We regularly have temperature drops down into the 40s at night (even in the summer) at this high of altitude with no humidity. Provided you open the windows during the day, and close them at night this home will be comfortable all summer long.
Buena Vista private airport 90 minutes away with amazing easy scenic drive to house. Fly your private jet to the Rockies and stay with us via Central Colorado Regional Airport AEJ.
The Denver Airport is 105 miles away and private transportation can be coordinated.
