Adorable, cozy house. Walking to distance to everything. Rooftop hot tub was a great amenity- we did have some mechanical issues with it the first day but they were resolved quickly for us. Would definitely stay again!

The house was exactly as described and worked perfectly for our group of 8 adults and 1 infant. The property was well located; close to Main St and a bus stop to the lifts across the street. Doug, the property manager, was a pleasure to deal with.

Absolutely perfect for our family of 5 - loved that it was walking distance to everything and the free purple line bus rolled right up outside when everyone was beat from the day skiing! The games in the basement were such a hit with the kids! Absolutely plan to return. Thanks to Doug for such great communication and flexibility when we got delayed and arrived late!

Absolutely perfect for our girls trip! We each had plenty of space and comfy rooms. They have really thought of everything - from organized sweeteners to extra towels for the hot tub to fans in each room. We couldn’t have picked a better place.

Excellent location

So close to downtown. House is stocked for large meals. Hott tub was clean and the kids loved the arcade games. Bedding was great. Would stay again.

Fantastic Location

Had an amazing girls weekend in Breck. The house is perfect-spacious and beautifully maintained (2nd time staying here). Conveniently located - walkable to everything and the bus line to get to the mountain is right out the front door. We had so much fun and can't wait to come back.

Amazing place, great location

This place is perfect for 6 adults or two families. It is very comfortable and updates. I was there with a group of six guys and everyone was comfortable and complimentary. It very close to great restaurants as well.

Great property!

This place is very conveniently location, the property owner was responsive, and there was a lot of room for all 8 of us to spread out. This property was the best stocked of any place I’ve ever stayed with extra toilet paper, coffee, popcorn, trash bags, etc. We would definitely stay here again.

The house was great! Location couldn't better, house was big and the outdoor area was a great place to spend time. All of the extras included with the house were very convenient. Would definitely stay here again!

Honestly I started writing this review in my head while we were still staying here. This is by far the best all around VRBO we have ever stayed. Location, perfect. The kitchen is well stocked with all the necessary tools and spices. Seating for 8 around the dining table so we had family dinners nearly every night. The coffee bar was a godsend. There was enough space for two families to spread out. The teen boys got the basement all to themselves. The free bus picks you up every 30 minutes across the street and drops you off right in front of the house after an epic day of skiing. the manager Doug was super responsive and helpful. I cannot say enough great things about this place. We will absolutely stay here again!!’

Perfect spot

Nice size home -fully equipped for cooking and fun - with great walkability to everything including groceries, restaurants, pubs, town. Interesting “roof top” hot tub with views of the slopes and sunset.

Last minute family trip

We loved the comfy home in the center of Breckenridge. The home was fully stocked with items that made the shopping minimal. The indoor and outdoor games were wonderful and added to the family fun.

Quick trip to Colorado

This property was in an excellent location. We loved being able to walk to shops and restaurants and easily back home again. It was clean and well appointed. I liked having spices and other cooking items available so we didn’t have to buy and toss. It was unseasonably hot and without AC, it got a bit warm but the house had fans available. Definitely would stay again.

Met every expectation

The home is exactly as described and more! Location is just 2 short blocks off Main Street and 1 block off Ridge which was perfect for grabbing a bite, walking around. Ridge street had great upscale restaurants with happy hours. Alicia could not have been more accommodating. The house was clean, well appointed with a ton of space. Many small extras that made the day such as popcorn, games, left out for us. The bus is right outside in case of larger trips. Would absolutely rent here again for a large group. The only downside was the smaller parking space, but easy access to public parkings of more than 2 cars.

Great friends weekend!!!

This home is everything and more! You will not be disappointed. Let's start with the property....beautiful and well taken care of inside and out. Our group arrived at check in time and everything was perfect, clean and met all of 4 couples expectations. It had everything we needed and so much more!! The blender had a workout with our group and it did not disappoint! So many extras provide....dish soap, laundry detergent, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, paper towels, trash bags. Plenty of room and privacy for our group of 8. It was nice to sit by the outdoor fire pit and catch up with friends. Location: CLOSE to EVERYTHING you could ever want to do. Walking distance to great shopping and dining. The area is safe and peaceful. Property manager Tisha was easy to work with and responded quickly with any questions or concerns that we had. The only issue we had was parking...we had 3 vehicles and only place for 2 cars IF you are creative in parking. We were able to fit 2 of our vehicles in the driveway and found free overnight parking just down the street for the 3rd vehicle. .THIS IS ONLY FREE IN THE OFF SEASON. Also, if at a bar or restaurant and have had a drink you can request a "Patrons Pass" This will allow you to place a parking pass on your car for the night and not worry about a ticket. Otherwise, prepare to fork out $50 parking fees. Don't let the parking scare you away....We would definitely rent again!!!!

This house lived up to our expectations. Well appointed kitchen not to mention the hot tub on the rooftop was perfect after a day of shopping and site seeing.

BEAUTIFUL HOUSE and GREAT LOCATION

I have traveled and rented a lot of properties but I have to say this property was my favorite of all so far. Very spacious and beautifully decorated. The kitchen probably has everything you will ever need and then some times 2; crockpots, coffee pot and Keurig, griddles, etc. Hot tub was amazing with great views. Location of the rental was only two blocks from Main Street, easy walk to everything. Bus Shuttles right outside the front door made it very convenient for everyone to get to the slopes. Large multiple windows with views of the slopes from living room and master bedroom. Everyone that stayed with us was very impressed with the property and it’s setup. Overall I would recommend this property to everyone, it’s not overpriced and the owner is very accommodating/nice.
