Wonderful place to stay and everything you need is available. Away from the hustle and bustle, but yet close enough to everything. Kathryn was wonderful to deal with. We hope to return in the near future.
Cabin fit the bill for what we needed: easy access to Mt Bachelor., comfortable. Place is comfortable, but not exactly updated. Owner was helpful, and responsive. There are a few things future guests should know: the hot tub is fairly old and takes a long time to heat up. Housekeeper came mid-day to turn on the day of our arrival, but it never warmed up enough for us to enjoy since we only stayed one night Suggestion to guests and owner would be to make sure hot tub is hot and functional upon guest arrival since this is a main selling feature of the property. Also, detailed instructions on the TV and cable would be nice. We found a multitude of remotes with no specific instruction and could never actually get things working there.
We were a bit disappointed because the outside of the property looked kinda of ragged: Broken hunk of plywood in front car port area next to other assorted junk. Everything covered in some type of fine yellowish pollen. It just looked messy and uncared for. Front yard was covered in dry un-mowed weeds. Not very appealing. Back porch area with the hot tub was blanketed in a the same yellowish type pollen that I had to sweep off of everything before use. I shouldnât have to do that. It just looked like it hadnât been used in a long time. Inside the home however, was clean and orderly. But the outside property just put my mood in the wrong direction. Would not stay there again.
This cabin is all about Location! It's just a couple minutes from the Village in Sunriver, and even closer to the new Food Cart Pod, it has access to the private neighborhood boat dock and harper bridge launch if you happen to be looking to spend time on the river tubing, rafting, sup'n or kayaking down to Besson or Benham Falls boat ramp. Kids can even do short laps on the river in the neighborhood as both ramps are within walking distance. The cabin does have AC which quickly cools the living room down. It is an older house with well water and a bit of personality so it's important to set your expectations right. You'll have a great time if you're coming to play!
Very nice little house really close to 3 sisters, with plenty to offer in nearby Sunriver. Hot tub under the stars was amazing. Hope to return someday!
My family and I had so much fun in this cute cozy
Cabin. The hot tub was amazing. This cabin was exactly What we expected đkitchen was fully stocked everything that we couldâve needed was there for us to use. It was quiet and beautiful And was easy access to Mount bachelor in which our family thoroughly enjoyed some winter time snow fun. Kathy was kind and very accommodating we would definitely stay here again. Thank you we canât wait to visit againđ
This was a cozy cabin in the woods. My children enjoyed the board games and hot tub. The property owner was very nice and prompt to respond to questions. I would say that it was difficult to find room for my stuff because the closets and dressers were already full so we ended up living out of our suit cases for the week.
This was a cute cottage with easy neighborhood access to the river. The cabin was clean. The hot tub was a great addition although took some time to heat up due to interval cleaning between guests.
We enjoyed our stay at this property. All accommodations suited our needs. We enjoyed the close proximity to the sno parks and downtown Bend. The full kitchen was perfect. The wood fire stove was a nice touch and the hot tub was relaxing and clean. I would recommend this to others.
Difficult to get a cross Breeze without opening screen doors
Overall experience was okay. But the shower head is like pins and needles not good for senior citizens. Also gab in kitchen screen to get cross Breeze also allows mosquitoes bugs fly spiders through that Gap if a light is on. Third item it was it was difficult to get a cross Breeze without opening screen doors which we did not do due to safety concerns fans work but circular fan difficult to read the instructions on the fan otherwise place was as advertise. Thank you
Loved the cabin! Comfy, inviting, and more importantly relaxing. I/we would stay again any chance I can get back there. Thank you to the owners.
Oh yea, before I forget. I love to cook. I talked with the home owner before arrival and she told me the kitchen was stocked with all a cook would need. She was right. I would recommend staying there & I would stay again . Thanks!
My family very much enjoyed staying at this cozy cabin in Sunriver. Quiet, comfortable and very close to the ski hill. It is a good ways off the main road but also close to the little convenience store. Also very close to the Sunriver shopping center and grocery store. The hot tub was great after long days on the mountain. We were able to get the temperature up to 104 despite sub-freezing temperatures for a great apres ski dip. The living room is very comfortable for entertaining with a great chair and big couch. WiFi and TV worked perfectly.
We were very happy with the cabin. The owner was very helpful and responsive to questions. It was clean, well stocked and comfortable. Sept. was a great time to visit; beautiful weather and less crowded. The cabin is centrally located to lots of hiking and beautiful waterfalls. It's a short easy drive to Crater Lake. We especially enjoyed the hot tub under the stars!

Very Nice
The cabin is really cute, comfortable and quaint. Unfortunately, the air quality was horrible from the wild fires so we were unable to do much outside but there were lots of games to play and we did some other indoor activities. My big concern is that there's no air conditioning. I felt like we were lucky in that the cabin stayed cool; however, if the temperature had risen, it would've been very uncomfortable as we were unable to open the windows due to the air quality. The hot tub was being replaced and everything else was very nice and the cabin is centrally located in Sun River which makes it great to get anywhere. Owner was really nice to work with as we had a last minute change from another resort we were staying and she made room for us.
It was comfortable, clean and near hiking. However, the ammenities are not well maintained.
The beds were comfortable and cabin was generally clean. It was close (3 blocks) to the river, clise to hiking and the village. One bedroom was quite musty. You cant use the washer to clean your clothes due to the âironâ in the water, the hot tub was broken, the main burner on the stove didnât work, and all the plates were plastic. The living room seats 4 comfortably. Despite unreported nonworking aspects, owner did not give a discount nor report the problems beforehand. I wonât be renting here again.
The cabin was very enjoyable. There were several bikes in the shed to use and we rode around the area quite a few times. We floated down the Deschutes River and relaxed as we watched the scenery go by. We went to the SHARC when it opened and left after a couple of hours to have lunch. The purchased armband passes are good for all day so we went back in the early evening and played for a couple of more hours. The cabin was clean and well maintained. Great communication with the owner. An excellent vacation for our family.
Thank you for allowing us to stay at your beautiful cozy cabin in the woods. We enjoyed our stay and loved how well equipped the kitchen was. The hot tub was an extra bonus after hiking. We will definitely stay again. Thank you for your hospitality. The Mitchellâs

Three Rivers cabin is cozy and has all our needs covered
We stayed here for a track meet and we are really glad we did. The cabin is stocked with everything you could ask for and more. It is in a quiet neighborhood that makes you feel like you are in the woods. The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of space for our four teenagers to sleep. The only con was the hot tub was on the fritz so we can't wait to use the new one when it is installled! Thank you Kathy
