That's right, you can enjoy a swim anytime you want in this home's sparkling private pool. But there's even more to enjoy in this home's spacious pool area. Grill fans won't be disappointed by the built-in outdoor kitchen, perfect for cooking up your catch of the day (caught on the home's fishing dock, of course). Anyone not helping out at the grill can enjoy a game out on the Ping-Pong table. The gazebo by the fishing dock is a perfect spot to enjoy a beverage on a sunny day. But if you're looking to get out of the sun, head inside and cool off in central air conditioning. The open-air study features an ideal workspace for guests that need to finish that last assignment before heading out for another swim. The midcentury modern kitchen features plenty of luxury touches, include a prep island that doubles as a breakfast bar, luxury appliances like a French door fridge and mounted oven, and an eat-in dining area. But there's plenty of room to enjoy relaxing meals outdoor by the pool - it's the heart of the home, and there's a spot saved for you.

THINGS TO KNOW
Six adult bikes are available for guest use.
A 4x4 is required year-round to reach this home.
Futons in the loft and one bedroom and a sofabed in the study provide extra sleeping spaces.
*Per city requirements, no commercial vehicles, and/or RVs are allowed to be parked overnight.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Security camera details: A motion-activated Ring security camera is installed at this home. It records video and sound when active.

Dock details: The dock is available for sitting, standing, and/or fishing. We do not advise docking a boat and the lift is completely unavailable for guest use.
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 35 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
