Spend the holidays with friends & family in this beautiful home containing 10 spacious bedrooms each with their own en-suite bathroom! Rooted in theatrical history, the home was originally built as The Dolphin Inn. It later served as the home for the cast of actors and musicians of the Surflight Theatre in Beach Haven. Step out of the front door and walk directly to the beach to enjoy beautiful sun filled days on the sand and glorious sunsets on the beach!
Previously known as the Cast House, a theatrically themed vacation rental, the Property was recently renovated and transformed into THE CHLOÉ, a FABULOUSLY chic beach house with a sophisticated flair!
What to expect:
- 10 spacious bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. First floor contains two oversized master suites with King sized beds.
- Renovated Kitchen with two refrigerators & spacious Dining Room
- Three living areas with televisions including: a spacious living room, game room, and den
- Spacious backyard & quaint porch
- Linens included for Peak Summer Weeklys

Spread out in the large living and dining room areas, the game room that comes equipped with an arcade video game and a Ms. Pac Man machine and the Theatre Room for movie watching!
Located on the Ocean side in the Little Egg Harbor Yacht Club (LEHYC) neighborhood of Beach Haven, there are no major streets to cross to get to the beach and it is conveniently located a short walk to all attractions including Fantasy Island Amusement Park, Thundersurf Waterpark, Bay Village, Schooner’s Wharf, Surflight Theatre, museums, parks, restaurants including Uncle Will’s & the Black Whale, Pearl Street market and everything Beach Haven has to offer. The immediate area is quiet and residential with vey few rental properties.
