★ BOOKING AGE
You must be 25 years of age to book this cabin. The booking Guest must occupy the property during the reserved period. Reservations made under false pretense are subject to termination and forfeiture of all monies paid. A copy of your Drivers License is required with the reservation.

★ ENTRY - Check in / Checkout
The front door and back door are equipped with an electronic keypad, we will send a personalized door code. Check in any time after 4:00 PM EST / Checkout is 10:00 AM EST.
We can not accommodate any early check-ins or late checkout to ensure our cleaners are not rushed/delayed to have ample time to get the cabin ready for you and/or our next guests. There is a late checkout fee of $50 for every 30 minutes.

★ SECURITY
1 Ring Floodlight Camera pointed at front door and stairway and 1 Ring Floodlight Camera pointed at drive way and bottom door entrance that is actively recording during your stay (Please do NOT touch)

★ INTERNET
The internet is used for controlling multiple devices on the property and must be on at all times (Do NOT unplug).

★ BEDROOMS
There is 1 King (upper level) and 2 queen bedrooms (1 main level, 1 downstairs) which can accommodate up to 10 guests (6 adults/4 kids comfortably).
Each bedroom has a 43” ROKU Smart TV

★ FIREPLACE
There are 2 fireplaces (1 in master bedroom, 1 in living room)

★ GRILL
Charcoal grill located in front of cabin. We do not provide charcoal or lighter fluid.

★ KITCHEN:
Kitchen with refrigerator, stove, and microwave

★ LAUNDRY
Washer and dryer, ironing board, and iron

★ AMENITIES
Our cleaning service provides start-up supplies: paper towels, dish soap, dish washer soap, trash can liners, and hand soap. You will need to purchase additional supplies for longer stays or heavy usage.

★ PETS
NO PETS allowed. For the health and safety of all of our guests, we do not permit pets in our cabin. If you sneak in a pet of any kind you will be charged addition $200 cleaning fee.

★ SMOKING:
NO Smoking on premise.

★ Occupancy
Only the registered guests are allowed on property due to liability concerns/issues. No more than the max allowed guests (including infants) are allowed on the property at any time. If max guests is exceeded, the booking guest will be charged $50 per person/night or reservation will be cancelled without refund.

★ ROADS
The cabin is in the mountains so certain parts of the roads are curvy, steep, and narrow. We do recommend 4 wheel drive but we've had many guests with small compact non - 4 wheel drives.

★ REFUNDS
We recommend that you purchase travel insurance as we do not offer refunds for Weather, Natural Disasters, internet service outage, events out our control, or anything outside of our refund policy.
