Walker's Delight: 2 BR, 2 BA, w/ central air and 2 car pkg in the center of town

Our 1,000+ square foot house is located in a quiet complex just two blocks from Commerical Street and the harbor. If you're looking for a quiet, convenient place that's close to everything Ptown has to offer, we've got you covered! This property is not suitable for parties.

Additional amenities include a deck with outdoor seating and a gas grill, ceiling fans, and a fully equipped kitchen.

The first floor consists of an open concept dining room and living room, a full equipped kitchen (gas stove, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, InstantPot, blender, food processor) and a full bathroom.

The second floor has cathedral ceilings, two large bedrooms with 2+ windows each, skylights, ceiling fans, and tons of closet space. The primary bedroom has a king size bed, the guest bedroom has a queen size bed, plus a closet with a desk so you can do a little bit of work. There's also a second full bathroom, an in-unit washer and dryer, ironing board and iron, and drying rack.

We also provide beach towels. Behind the house, in addition to two deeded parking spots, there are bike racks.

We had a perfect week at Karl & Larry's Cape Escape. House was spotless and looked even better than the impressive photos. House was also well supplied and confortable. Perfect location and close to everything in town. Hosts were quick to reply if we had questions and were lovely to deal with. Everything was perfect and I would recommend this property 100%. Hope to stay there again soon!

I think the name, " A Walers Delight" should be changed to " A Gem in Provincetown"!It is true that it is a few blocks from Commerce Street, and near the beaches. A great location! What is outstanding about the house is the cleanliness and organization!The two upstairs bedrooms are spacious, with plenty of storage for clothing. The beds are extremely comfortable, and the provided towels and linens are soft and of good quality. There are two full baths, the bath upstairs has a large walk in shower, and the bath downstairs has a tub and shower. The kitchen is very organized has plenty of flatware , dishes and glasses so you don't have to run the dishwasher frequently!Karl and Randy have thought of every detail to make you stay a fabulous one!

Always a wonderful time in Provincetown!!! The condo was centrally located and well stock for all our needs. Karl and Randy know how to treat their guests. This is our second year at their place and plan to return.

This was our second year staying at this property. The hosts are absolutely wonderful. The property is well maintained and in pristine condition. It is just a short walk to town. We hope to return for many years to come.

Great property!

Spent 9 days in Provincetown staying at this wonderful property. Great location, just a 7 minute walk to the businesses on Commercial St. The 2 parking spaces were huge; just a 7 minute drive to Race Point Beach. The property was spotless and well maintained; Karl provided all of the amenities of home. Hope to stay again next summer!

Wonderful property

This property is a winner. Close walk to town. Two parking spaces. The hosts take great care of the property and it shows. Newer appliances, central air, w/d, two full baths, beautiful front porch. This condo is free standing with no shared walls. It’s a quiet location but so close to town center. This a just a short walk to everything. The hosts are so responsive to any questions. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning.

We are a married couple in our 50s with a passion for travel. So far, we've visited about 50 countries together and always prefer renting a home when we explore new cities. These experiences have helped us realize the things we want to ensure our own guests have access to when they stay in our properties: like quality linens, fully stocked kitchens, and smart TVs.

We began hosting visitors in 2012 when we were living in Tokyo, Japan. When we returned to the US in 2014 we continued renting a room in our home in Cambridge, Massachusetts. We also built a 2 bedroom apartment on the garden level of our Cambridge home that we rent to guests.

Over the past two years we've purchased two additional properties. The first is a cottage in the Wells/Ogunquit area of south coastal Maine.

More recently we purchased a house on Cape Cod in downtown Provincetown, Massachusetts.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Our Provincetown is newer constructions (2000s), yet less than a block from the charming historic homes that draw people to Ptown. Being a more modern house, we have all of the amenities you'd want: central air, cathedral ceilings, gas fireplace.

Our location is also great! After a busy day exploring the shops and galleries of Commerical Street (or an action packed evening at the cabarets, theaters, nightclubs and bars on Commercial Street) you can retire to a peaceful home tucked off the street in a small courtyard with 9 other homes. This is a quiet residential complex with neighboring houses close by so please be respectful of noise at night.
