Welcome to our exquisite oasis in the heart of Palm Springs! We take pride in offering TWO (2) stunning guest homes on our property, located in the coveted Movie Colony East neighborhood. Prepare to be captivated by the beauty and tranquility that awaits you.

Our unique property allows guests to comfortablly have their privacy from the homeowners, with exclusive use of the yard and pool during your stay.

Guest House #1 is a 400 square foot studio with a full bathroom, walk-in closet and kitchenette which boasts a wooden countertop, stainless Steele refrigerator, toaster, 2-burner induction cooktop, microwave and a single cup Keurig coffee maker. The kitchen is fully stocked with cook and dining ware, utensils, coffee, sugars and creamer. This modern/contemporary space boasts a comfortable queen size bed and an additional sofa with a pull out bed, accommodating up to 4 guests. The full bathroom and spacious walk-in closet provide convenience and ample storage space. The sleek design and thoughtful amenities create a welcoming atmosphere for a memorable stay.

Guest House #2 is also a 400 square foot one-bedroom with a full bathroom, walk-in closet and kitchenette which boasts a wooden countertop, 1950’s baby blue GE Refrigerator, 2-burner induction cooktop, microwave, toaster and single cup Keurig coffee maker. This unit has a classic retro vibe. The kitchenette is fully stocked with cooking and dining ware, utensils, coffee, sugars and creamer for your morning cup of Joe. The bedroom includes a queen size bed and small desk workspace. This space accommodates 2 people comfortably. A small dresser can be used for those longer stays and a walk in closet with plenty of room for your dress clothes and coats.

Our mini estate is truly a slice of paradise nestled in a park-like setting adorned with lush fruit trees and boasting breathtaking mountain views. Privacy and tranquility are paramount, allowing you to fully unwind and rejuvenate. Take a refreshing dip in the pool or indulge in the soothing waters of the jacuzzi. On clear nights, marvel at the stars above. A shaded hammock invites you to relax amid the soothing sounds of nature, while a designated area is perfect for savoring a delightful outdoor dinner, complete with a BBQ grill, fire pit and ample seating including an outdoor couch with cozy blankets for chilly evenings, additional seating, a farmhouse table for a nice sit down or wine barrel table for 4, if that fits your vibe. Enjoy exploring the outdoor space available to you and discover an array of quaint spaces to relax, unwind, enjoy a cup of coffee, a glass of wine or a good book. Ideal guests would be 2 couples traveling together or a few friends in town for a weekend getaway or here for Coachella, Stagecoach, Modernism, BNP Paribas or any of the many other events here in our beautiful Coachella Valley.

Both units include sheets, bath towels, wash cloths, make-up towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap or body wash, 4 beach towels for the pool, an iron, ironing board, hair dryer, back gammon and bikes (upon request) for a relaxing ride downtown, to nearby Ruth Hardy Park or to check out the fun architecture that surrounds us. For home entertainment, included is Wifi, flat screen TV’s with Apple TV, YouTubeTV, Hulu, Netflix and Disney Channel. Washer and Dryer are available for those longer stays. Or, if needed, upon request. Note that the per diem rate does not include heating the pool. We will heat the spa upon request on occasion during your stay not to exceed one hour per day. Up to one-hour per day will be gratis. Additional spa time will have a surcharge of $20/hour. Upon request, with 1 day advanced notice, the pool can be heated for an additional cost of $200/day. Please advise prior to arrival if heating of the pool is desired. Corn Hole, Bocce Ball and Crocket, Giant Jenga and Large Connect Four, are available for your use for no extra charge. Parking is street parking as this is a “home-share” and the garage is used for our vehicles. No covered parking is available.

Our City Permit # is 5340 for a “home-share” short-term rental. The City charges a 11.5% Transient Occupancy Tax and an additional TBID 1% assessment (Tourism Business Improvement District) on stays less than 27 days, which is collected by VRBO. Guest will sign a “Good Neighbor Brochure” when they arrive, noting they will comply with City requirements, including occupancy limits, noise, prohibitors and vehicle parking requirements (if applicable). In addition, the City requires the host to make a copy of the responsible party’s Driver’s License or other I.D.


NOTE: 2 night minimum. NOTE: 3 night minimum required for Coachella, Stagecoach and certain holidays. For high season months, January - April, the maximum will be for 3 consecutive weeks.

A perfectly perfect paradise

This property was even better than we expected. The private yard and pool area was absolutely beautiful. The little guest houses were immaculate, beautifully decorated and stocked with everything you could ever need. Best VRBO we’ve stayed at and would definitely book again.

Relaxing Week in Desert

Was in town for a conference for a week and absolutely loved Jon & Pam’s little hideaway. Within walking distance to the convention center and downtown Palm Springs. So close to everything, but feels so far away sitting in the amazing backyard retreat they have created. Both units were perfect for what we needed. Everything was just as stated in the property description. We will stay again for sure! Thank you Jon & Pam!

Wonderful property. Both casitas were decorated and outfitted with great care and a real eye for details. Communication with Jon and Pam was easy and timely. The neighborhood is gorgeous and great for morning walks. We visited Sunnysides estate, an art festival, took the tram up the mountain, hiked in Joshua Tree N.P., attended the Thursday evening village festival. Enjoying all so much. Mattresses and pillows were VERY comfortable.If we visit the area again we would happily stay at Lucky’s resort again.

Palm Springs Getaway

My husband and I traveled to Palm Springs to attend the BNP Paribas tennis tournament and to visit friends. This rental was an awesome place to stay while there! The hosts were great, and we loved the beautiful mid-century neighborhood. The back yard was a delight to relax in. The property is very close to the downtown area with lots of great restaurants and events. We were happy with everything and plan to stay here again when visiting Palm Springs. We highly recommend this this beautiful getaway!

We had a great, short day in this cozy little guesthouse. Plenty of space for two of us and this whole, incredible, beautiful yard to ourselves. Check-in was super easy and Jon was home so he actually walked me through everything I needed to know. A pleasant 20-ish minute walk over to the main drag for meals. Would absolutely come again.

Tranquility Abound

Lucky’s is a wonderful hidden gem smack dab in the middle of Palm Springs. It is a peaceful oasis complete with a pool and hot tub that is exclusively available to the guests. The hosts are extremely helpful and super responsive with any questions or concerns you may have. Excellent property to stay and do nothing or serve as a central base camp for engaging in activities in the Palm Springs area. My wife and I were extremely impressed and will definitely consider staying again when we are visiting Palm Springs in the future. Bravo Jon and Pam!

Hello! Jon and Pam here! Both of us were raised in Palm Springs and we just love our home, our space and our town and would love for you to enjoy it, as well. We love meeting and getting to know new people and spending time with our kids and family, friends, good food, traveling, tennis and hiking and just being outside. We're so blessed to live in such a beautiful area and fun little town.

We love our space, yard, neighborhood and thought it'd be fun to share it with others and meet some great people along the way.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Our neighbor hood is friendly and close to downtown, Ruth Hardy Park and the Convention Center. All within a 10-15 minute walk. As you take a walk in our neighborhood you'll see lots of great Palm Springs Architecture. From the old Spanish style homes built in the 20's and 30's to the mid-century modern and ranch style homes built in the 60's and 70's and the newer built homes that have that Palm Springs charm.

Walking in the area you'll see lots of dog walkers and friendly people enjoying the weather and being outside. We live a 2 minute walk from the famous "RoboLights" house so it's always fun to see people admiring his work and taking pictures.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Our property sits on approximately 1/2 acre with lots of fruit trees and herbs for you to enjoy (yep! you're welcome to whatever fruit happens to be in season and flourishing, during your stay- grapefruit, lemons, oranges, nectarines limes, and plums, figs, strawberries and cumquats along various herbs for cooking) and some fun little areas we've put together for relaxing, photographing, reading, napping, taking in the sun, whatever your little heart desires! It's hard to explain exactly WHY it stands out, there's a lot to it because of it's size and we've had a lot of fun putting it together and continue to find new things to add on. A nice size area in the back corner of the yard for brunch or dinner outside with a large farmhouse table, handmade "L" shaped couch with a fire pit, a separate seating area or 4-seat wine barrel table and palette wall with hanging outdoor lights is a favorite area of ours, for example. Come see for yourself! Hope you enjoy!
