The cabin was clean and location was just 5 minutes away from the Islands but felt semi secluded and peaceful. The family had a great time playing pac-man and board games that were in the cabin.

Great location if you are looking for something close to the hustle-bustle of pigeon forge, but secluded enough to give it that feel of being in the mountains. The rates were very reasonable, the check- in process was simple, and no issues were encountered during our stay. I would choose this property again!

We’re happy to hear that you enjoyed your stay at the cabin. The mountainous terrain means that moderately steep driveways are quite common throughout the area, but we’re glad you were able to find a comfortable way to maneuver ours.

This was the perfect location to easily get to entertainment but far enough away that you enjoy the quiet. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies and utensils. The hot top was the perfect place to unwind after hiking.

The cabin was exactly as pictured and described. There are a few stairs at the front of the house, but otherwise, it’s all on one level and worked great for someone with difficulty with mobility. It was cozy and worked great for the 6 of us to vacation (4 adults and 2 children). The hot tub was awesome, the games provided were awesome, and the whole experience was one of the best vacations we have ever had. Loved it and will definitely be back!

Very nice and clean. Peaceful.Idea for betterment is to put handrails in showers to help if older people stay and lights going up the stairs to deck were not working. Overall, a pleasant and beautiful stay.

The place was very clean. The host was very responsive. Great location. Felt private yet within 15 minutes or less to all the main attractions. The shower does take a while to heat up and the shower knobs seem backward compared to the typical direction. A couple of the doors squeaked but other than that it was excellent and I highly recommend. Still giving 5 stars as those are very minute things. Bring some extra trash bags!

We’re so glad you enjoyed the cabin and your time here! Like many cabins throughout the Smoky Mountains, our driveway has a moderate incline due to the natural mountain terrain. It can take a little getting used to, but most guests find it easy to navigate.

Driveway is a little tricky to go up. Our beds had crumbs in them, we had to wash the sheets. We didn’t have enough paper products to last us for our stay, luckily we brought some of our own. The pool is a drive to get to and when we got there it was beyond crowded! The kitchen has all the dishes etc you would need, but no space for groceries. The layout is very nice and our family of 9 did have room to move. We did enjoy the jacuzzi and it was kept very clean.

Thank you for your thoughtful and honest review. We’re pleased to hear that your family of nine enjoyed the spacious layout and well-equipped kitchen. We apologize for the issue with the sheets. We did offer to have our cleaning team return to address the issue for you, but we completely understood your preference to take care of them yourself. This is not the standard we strive for, and we have followed up with our housekeeping team to help ensure it does not happen again. We’re also sorry that the pool was so crowded during your visit. Unfortunately, your stay fell right in the middle of the summer season, when the pool tends to be especially busy as guests look for ways to cool off and enjoy the amenities. We appreciate your understanding and hope you were still able to enjoy your time at the cabin.
