Welcome to our Unique and modern three-bedroom Farmhouse.
Enjoy a stay at our recently renovated farmhouse with an expansive patio, swimming pool, fire pit, and a BBQ space. Experience the beauty of the country just minutes from town. This beautiful house is perfect for a relaxing getaway or even a grounding, long-term stay. The best part about it? You feel disconnected from the commotion of the city but just minutes away from major shopping centers, water parks, resorts, and nightlife.
The space
The farmhouse includes 3 spacious bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, a laundry room, a fully loaded kitchen, and comfortable seating arrangements in the living and dining area.

Sleeping Arrangements - Comfortably sleeps 12 guests in total. There are three spacious bedrooms with queen beds, a convertible sofa bed with a queen memory foam mattress and we have a large air mattress available for use.

Kitchen - The kitchen, updated in 2021, is fully stocked with all essentials pots and pans, table wear, and countertop appliances. It is equipped with a commercial gas burning range and stove, apron-front kitchen sink, and high-end linens. The countertops are beautiful white quartz with a waterfall island and the cabinets are dark blue with bronze hardware. All new appliances including French door fridge and new dishwasher.

Common Areas
- The bright, cozy living room has a large 70-inch Smart TV with all the apps ready for your use.
- The dining room adjoining the kitchen has a country-style dining table that seats 6 and is perfect for sharing a meal with your family and friends.
- The expansive back patio overlooking the countryside is a great location to take in the surroundings and enjoy early-morning coffee. One of the best spaces in the house, it is set up with a BBQ, a hammock, and a swimming pool.

This home has central heat and AC and Wifi access.
Guest access
Guests are invited and welcome to access the amenities of the main house which include: the front and backyard gardens and a pool.
Other things to note
1. The driveway can hold up to 5 cars.
2. This is our family vacation home that we’re pleased to share with you! Although we keep it uncluttered and tidy, it’s not a hotel or a commercial property. We ask that you treat our home with respect. Thank you!
3. There are security cameras located outside the home, recording the exteriors. There is no audio, and no portion of the interior of the home is recorded.
4. The pool is not a heated pool and water is not treated and not ready for use until May 1st.
